4 2018 Health and Benefits Annual Enrollment Overview October 23 to November 10, 2017 This year's annual enrollment will start October 23 at 8:00 am ET and will end November 10, 2017 at 11:59 pm ET. ALL colleagues should use this as an opportunity to take a look at their health care needs for 2018 You do not have to actively elect the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Transportation, other MMC-Sponsored Benefits and Voluntary Offerings other than: Health Care Flexible Spending Account Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Limited Purpose Health Care Flexible Spending Account Health Savings Account 3

5 What s New for 2018

6 What s New for 2018 Benefit changes are taking effect January 1, Health Care Flexible Spending Account and Limited Purpose Health Care Flexible Spending Account Annual contribution limit is increasing to $2,600 (up from $2,550 in 2017). Health Savings Account (HSA) Annual contribution limit for individual coverage is increasing to $3,450 (up from $3,400 in 2017) Annual family coverage is increasing to $6,900 (up from $6,750 in 2017). The age reduction will be removed from Voluntary AD&D insurance. The Identity Protection Benefit Program has been enhanced to include two comprehensive coverage choices, PrivacyArmor or PrivacyArmor Plus. MSK Direct, a new resource for cancer treatment. 5

7 What s New for 2018 MSK Direct MSK Direct (launched September 1, 2017), provides direct access to a team of dedicated professionals (experienced nurses, social workers and MSK Care Advisors) at MSK who specialize in navigating the cancer treatment process. If you use an MSK facility, the staff at MSK Direct will provide: A timely and convenient appointment with a specialist within 2 business days of speaking with a representative (subject to availability of your medical records, your ability to travel to MSK, and health insurance coverage for care at MSK). Answers to general questions about cancer treatment and the cancer treatment process. Help gather necessary medical records in advance of your first appointment. There is no cost to you for using MSK Direct and MSK Direct services. However, any medical care provided by MSK is not part of the services provided by MSK Direct, and will be provided according to your medical coverage and subject to the terms and conditions of your medical coverage. Your share of the cost of services will depend on the terms and conditions of your medical coverage. 6

9 2018 Plan Offerings Four medical plans: $400 Deductible Plan $900 Deductible Plan $1,500 Deductible Plan $2,850 Deductible Plan These plans are named for the deductible applicable to the individual for In-Network service providers. The deductibles applicable to any other coverage level (for example, Family coverage ) or for services provided by Out-of-Network service providers will be significantly higher than (in many instances, double) the amounts captured in the names of the plans. Each plan will be offered by the following providers: Aetna Anthem BlueCross BlueShield UnitedHealthcare Kaiser (CA, CO, GA, WA, OR, VA, MD, DC residents only) The Hawaii HMO and Hawaii PPP will remain in place 8

15 How to Enroll Enrolling in your benefits on the Mercer Marketplace Benefits Enrollment Website Ready to Enroll? Once you've accessed the Mercer Marketplace benefits enrollment website, click on Get Started. You will need to: Review, add or edit your eligible family members, if needed. Select Next. You will be then taken through a series of steps to complete your enrollment. You must save your elections to advance to the next benefit plan. You will need to check off that you have reviewed each benefit election and then click on Complete Enrollment. 14

16 How to Enroll Enrolling in your benefits on the Mercer Marketplace Benefits Enrollment Website (continued) Remember to: Use the educational resources to learn more, compare plan features and costs. Review the summary of your enrollment elections. You can make changes up until the enrollment period ends. Print a copy of your Employee Detail Report for future reference. A confirmation statement will be mailed to your home in December. 15

17 How to Enroll Enrolling in your benefits on the Mercer Voluntary Benefits Website Access the Voluntary Benefits website to enroll in additional benefits for 2018, including Marsh & McLennan Companies -sponsored programs such as Group Variable Universal Life Insurance. The Voluntary Benefits website has information you need to enroll in Marsh & McLennan Companies-sponsored benefits and additional offerings made directly available to you, such as Choice Auto & Home Insurance. Click on each benefit to learn more about it. If you decide you want to enroll, click the enroll button in that section. Once you have completed your enrollment, you may print a confirmation statement for your records. 16

18 2018 Extended Service Center Hours The Employee Service Center hours will be extended during the Health and Benefits Annual Enrollment period between October 23, 2017 and November 10, Employee Service Center Hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm ET Voluntary Benefits Hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm ET and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm ET 17
