4 Open Enrollment is October 31 to November 11, 2016 These dates apply to all employees except nonsupervisory MTS. Negotiations with APSA are in process 4

5 What You Can Do During Open Enrollment: Medical, Dental and Vision Life, Disability, and Voluntary Personal Accident Enroll or drop coverage Change plans Add/drop dependents Enroll or drop coverage Change coverage amounts Add/drop dependents Update your beneficiaries Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Enroll for 2017 contributions Changes are effective January 1,

6 If You Take No Action During Open Enrollment: Medical, Dental and Vision Life, Disability and Voluntary Personal Accident Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Your current coverage will continue for 2017 Your current coverage will continue for 2017 Your FSA contributions will revert to $0 for

7 Covering Your Dependents Eligible dependents for medical, dental, vision, dependent life, and voluntary personal accident plan coverage include: Your spouse or same-gender domestic partner A former spouse is not an eligible dependent Your children under age 26 Your unmarried disabled children, age 26 or older Contact the Employee Benefits Service Center with questions 7

8 Making Changes After Open Enrollment IRS regulations allow changes outside Open Enrollment if there is a change in your: Legal marital status Number of eligible dependents Dependents eligibility Eligibility, or that of your spouse/domestic partner or your dependents, due to a change in: Employment status Work schedule Place of residence Worksite Coverage changes must be consistent with the status change. Report changes to Employee Benefits Service Center within 31 days of status change. 8

9 Prepare for Open Enrollment Review the 2017 Benefits Guide and Legally-Required Notices Now accessible from home at Visit the Aerospace benefits website for plan details and required notices Ensure dependents meet plan eligibility requirements Contact the Employee Benefits Service Center at (310) with questions. 9

10 Make Changes by Friday, November 11, 2016 Changes are made online via the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal Visit the Aerospace home page at Click on the Employee Self Service (ESS) link Click on My Benefits Folder, then My Open Enrollment Follow the instructions Don t forget to Agree and Save Print out a confirmation statement For changes to Selman & Company/ ASI TRICARE Supplement, Contact the Employee Benefits Service Center 10

(ESI) and Willis Towers Watson (WTW) Express Scripts administered through Willis Towers Watson: This change applies only to PPO and EPO members Currently, Express Scripts provides Rx benefits via Anthem In 2017 Express Scripts will provide Rx benefits through the WTW Rx Collaborative How does this affect you? There will be some formulary changes. For more information, visit or call ESI at New medical cards, with the new Rx Plan number and phone number, will be sent Please use the new card starting January 1, 2017 to avoid issues with your prescriptions 13

Custom Care Management Unit (CCMU) Available to Anthem PPO and EPO members only No additional cost to you if you choose to participate This program identifies members with the greatest care needs and provides a personal nurse advocate who will provide a customized care management program A personal nurse advocate will provide ongoing support including: Information on what to expect when preparing for a hospital stay Arranging care if you need surgery Advice from specialized medical professionals, like pharmacists Help handling serious/complex conditions Answering questions about your family s health care needs 14
