4 Leading Edge Parental Leave Policy First Data understands the importance of new parent relationships and the financial resources it takes to be new parents. The new policy will provide significant financial support for all new parents. Primary Caregiver Leave 12 weeks of leave at full (100%) pay 8 weeks to be used consecutively 4 weeks can be used on a floating basis up to six months after birth/adoption; if medically necessary, floating 4 weeks can be used in 3 month period prior to delivery or adoption Secondary Caregiver Leave 2 weeks of leave at full (100%) pay Used anytime within six months of birth or adoption Eligibility Criteria All OAs with greater than one year full-time employment If both parents are First Data OAs one is eligible as primary caregiver and other eligible as secondary caregiver No requirement to use sick/vacation/personal time before parental leave is paid Parental leave runs concurrently with STD and FMLA time Effective for new leaves beginning January 1,

7 What Is Changing for 2017 Medical Coverage Choices Aon Active Health Exchange Five medical plan options (3 high deductible and 2 PPOs) Four to five insurance carrier options (national and regional carriers) Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution from First Data is ending but the funding is being used to directly reduce OA per paycheck contributions. This gives OAs the power to decide to put those dollars into the HSA or use as take home pay. Annual Medical Deductible is increasing for 2017 medical plans similar to the Standard and Enhanced plans. To keep our OAs whole First Data is decreasing 2017 medical plan paycheck contributions.
