12 Heritage Commitment Program Commilng to an annual donalon above pledge for a period of 5 years We have 151 families within our St. Aidan s church family. Example: Annual pledge $200/mo. = annual donalon of $2,400 A Heritage commitment of $10/mo. /$120 yr. or $600 over 5 years If 150 families gave an addilonal $10/mo. for 5 years, we would reach our goal of ~$90,000. This would give us all the opportunity to help achieve Our Plan s success.

13 Working Aspects of the Program All Heritage funds received will be in a money market Restricted Account. We start Year One in 2016 as soon as sufficient funds are available to start, we will do so. If we are funded ahead of program goals we will move ahead in the plan. The congregalon will be updated quarterly on program progress.

16 Preserving Our Heritage Commitment Card Preserving Our Heritage Heritage Commitment Card Our/My Heritage Commitment is $ per week, $ per month, or $ per year for a period of 5 years, or a one time commitment of $ - to preserve our heritage. We/I understand that all funds which are received by St. Aidan s for this Heritage commitment shall be kept in a restricted account, and shall be used solely for the implementation and completion of the items identified in the Five Year Plan for St. Aidan s.
