3 SALE OF TENDER / BID DOCUMENT The Bidders have to download the Tender Documents directly from the WEBSITE available at The Tender cost fee of Rs.1,050.00/- (One thousand fifty only) (Non-refundable) by way of separate Demand Draft drawn in favour of Rogi Kalyan Samiti, Capital Hospital, payable at Bhubaneswar should be enclosed along-with the Bid. The Bidders should specifically superscribe, DOWNLOADED FROM THE WEBSITE on the top left corner of the envelope containing Bid. The Tender Paper cost fee amount Rs including VAT (Non-refundable) and the EMD amount Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) should be submitted in separate demand drafts. Security Deposit the agency, after selection, has to deposit "security money" in shape of D.D. amounting to Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) of the total reimbursable amount in a year within 7 days of signing the contract.
