4 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR 12 MTRS. WORKING HEIGHT HYDRAULlC PLATFORM SUITABLE FOR MOUNTING ON T AT A 407 CHASSIS OBJECTIVE: This specification covers basic design construction & supply of hydraulically operated boom type HYDRAULIC PLATFORM with full slew platform of safe working height of 12.0 mts. The HYDRAULIC PLATFORM shall be suitable for safe working load of 250 kgs. in all boom position. CHASSIS: The Platform is to be mounted, tested, commissioned on TATA 407 chassis with Driver's Cabin and PTO to be supplied by your corporation. POWER SUPPLY/ HYDRAULIC PLATFORM: The power for the hydraulic system shall be provided by an adequate capacity gear type Hydraulic Pump of Dowty make driven through supplied Power Take Off unit of the chassis. An adequate capacity hydraulic tank with Suction and Return line filter shall be provided. PIPELINES/ HYDRAULIC HOSES: All the pipelines, hoses provided shall be secured and not to foul with any of the operation. All pressure hoses shall be designed to take 3 limes more pressure than the working pressure of the system The hoses shall confirm SAE 100 R2 performance requirement.. The hoses shall be oil resistant, synthetic rubber with suitable reinforcement made of high tensile steel wire & shall be suitable for temperature ranging -40 deg.c to dec.c. STRUCTURE : The boom shall be made of stiff but light box section fabricated from pressed steel section Base and jib booms shall be fabricated from box section and shall be rust inhibited from inside whilst the exterior surfaces shall be pretreated and finished to give glossy look with use of self-lubricating type bushes, hardened pins with locking arrangement to secure the structure safely, high tensile steel bolts etc. BOOM CYLINDERS: The boom shall be provided with double acting cylinders of reputed make to lift and lower down the boom operation. The cylinders bore shall be honed and the shafts shall be chrome plated. STABILISER CYLINDERS: Two independent operation stabilizer cylinders shall be provided and are to be so designed to take care of the load distribution at all points of operation with proper pad attachment for safe holding of the uneven ground if any. There shall be vi unl indication showing platform is leveled so that the operator can. TURN TABLE/ ROTATION: The platform shall rotate 360 degree continuously on either direction. A suitable high torque low speed hydraulic motor. CAGE/ BUCKET: A special designed fully molded fiber glass cage size 1.1 X 0.8 X 1.1 Mts. Appx. shall be provided along with non-slip floor, drain holes. The cage shall be designed to carry the working load of 250 kgs. and shall be insulated to withstand 650 volts. The cage shall be fitted through tandem fully independent parallel link to ensure that the cage always remain leveled and rigid in any boom position. All pivot bushes hall be self lubricated. CONTROL The Hydraulic Platform shall be provided with the following controls; a. Control valves for the stabilizers at the base. b. elector valves for operating anyone of the boom controls. c. Base boom control valve located near Ion the base boom. d. Jip/upper boom control valve at the cage. e. Pilot check valve to lock the cylinders(stabilizers) to prevent it from sinking when deployed. f. Relief valves to control the set pressure in the system. g. Interlock system to prevent the boom being raised before the stabilizers are deployed. Also interlock must be provided to prevent the stabilizers from being raised when boom is in elevated condition. h. Hand pump is to be provided for bringing down the aerial lift in parking position if the vehicle engine fails.

7 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF 3000 LTR. CAPACITY 4 WHEEL DRIVE STAINLESS STEEL MOBILE WATER TANK :- Supply of Heavy duty trailer chassis shall be made out of 125 x 65 MM ISMC Rolled M.S. Channel sections having cross members along with triangular drawbar having four nos. of tyre size 750 x 16 PR Nylon (Make JK, Birla, Appollo, Ceat etc.) shall be fitted on 4 tons capacity axle shaft machined out of 2 ½ square bar having topper roller bearing hubs with Leaf Spring arrangement. The chassis shall also comprise of various accessories. 2 Nos. 5 dia drain-off valve shall be provided with a provision so that we can install water pump when required. Fabrication and supply of stainless steel tank (SS 304 grade) elliptical Tank of capacity 3000 Ltr. with one manhole and one 2 SS ball valve for drain off water. The Chassis shall be made of MS channel ISMC 125 x 65 with turntable at front.

The rate quoted should be final and the tenderer shall not be allowed to change the same under any circumstances. 13- The bidders who qualify the technical Bid, his financial bid shall only be opened. 14- The decision of the Tender Committee regarding selection of the Firm will be final. 15- The authority shall have the right to change or reject all the tenders at any time without assigning any reason thereof. 16- The Successful bidder shall give an undertaking to replace the defective materials during the warrantee period given by the Company.
