The paper documents will be available in the office of the OAIC, 95,Satyanagar, Bhubaneswar on free of cost from to up to 1:00 P.M. The application format can be downloaded from the website of the Corporation. The offer should reach the office on or before by 2:00 P.M. and the offer shall be opened at 4:00 P.M. on the same date. 4 SHORT TENDER NOTICE Short Tender Notice is invited from the reputed manufacturers to quote their price for supply of P.P. Chemicals (Flonicamid 50% WG, Dinotefuron 20% SG & Pymetrozine 50% WG) on subsidy sale to the BPH affected District of Odisha with allowable credit period, trade discount and other terms & conditions if any in prescribed format. The tender documents will be available in the office of the undersigned from to up to 1:00 P.M. free of cost. The application format can be down loaded from the website of the Corporation. The offer should reach the Corporation on or before by 2:00 P.M. and the offer shall be opened at 4:00 P.M. on the same date. Terms & conditions 1. The supply should be made at the block point of the District on FOR basis. 2. The product must have a valid Quality Test Report from a Government notified or NABL accredited Laboratory. 3. The manufacturers must submit valid manufacturing license of the product applied. 4. The manufacturer must submit the CIB Registration Certificate of the product applied. 5. The manufacturer must submit certificate of registration / sale stock license within Odisha. 6. The manufacturer must submit the documentary proof in selling the product in India during & The supplied product with ISI mark will be preferred in placing supply order. 8. OAIC reserves the right to place supply order to more than one manufacturer. 9. The manufacturer must submit their dealer list with complete address and bank details. 10. The payment will be released only after receipt of payments from Government or from other Departments / Institutions if any. 11. Any damage stock will be replaced by fresh stock and unsold stock will be taken back by the manufacturer within 90 days of supply at their cost.

5 2 12. The manufacturer must supply quality products as per the specification. 13. The sample is to be drawn from time to time by the Insecticide Inspector of Agriculture Department for analysis following the provisions of Pesticides Control Order. 14. The substandard products should be replaced by fresh quality products. If substandard products in three tests of same product or different products are found, OAIC shall forfeit the EMD and impose ban for 5 years from taking part in tender in future. 15. In case the substandard products have been distributed & sold to farmers, compensation as appropriate including loss due to crop loss shall be borne by the manufacturer. 16. The tender will be invited for selected product as per the list. 17. The Manufacturer has to provide EMD of Rs.50,000/- in shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of OAIC Ltd. payable at Bhubaneswar, which has to be attached with the Application Form, failing which the tender will not be considered & cancelled. 18. The EMD will be returned / refunded to the unsuccessful Tenderer within 7 days of opening of tender on receipt of a request and no interest will be charged for delayed refund. 19. Offers to be submitted for supply of inputs in attached Schedule-I. 20. Application form to be submitted in Sealed cover super-scribing Tender for supply of insecticide during OAIC reserves the right to reject or accept any or part / all application(s) received without assigning any reason.
