1 RESOLUTION NO A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BONNEY LAKE, PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OUTLINED BY ORDINANCE 872 WITH PROCEEDS BEING DEPOSITED INTO THE DRUG FUND AS REQUIRED BY LAW. The City Council of the City of Bonney Lake, Washington, does hereby resolve that the equipment listed in the document attached as Exhibit "A" is surplus.
