Sir, I m directed to convey the snction of the President of Indi to the relese of Rs. 5,75,4,/ (Rupees Five Crore Seventy Five Lkh nd Forty Thousnd only) to the Stte Government of Tripur s prt pyment of instlment of Centrl Assistnce for Cretion of Cpitl Assets for 2 BLC (New Construction) project under Prdhn Mntri Aws Yojn Housing for All (Urbn) Mission for the FY The fund being relesed is in proportion to dt entered in MIS out of the pproved list of beneficiries in the CSMC in its 27th meeting held on 3th October 217 nd s per the vilbility of funds. The remining funds under 1 instlment will be relesed subsequently once dt entry is completed nd reported in MIS. Detils of the projects long with ctegorywise MIS entry re ttched s Annexure. Erlier, the fund of Rs lkh (Rs lkh for SC, Rs. 69. lkh for ST nd Rs lkh for other thn SC nd ST component) hs been relesed to Govt. of Tripur s prt instlment of Centrl Assistnce for the sid projects vide Snction letter of even pyment of number dted nd Bsed on decision of CSMC under PMAY HFA (Urbn) Mission in its 27th meeting held 4. on October 3, 217, the mount of Centrl Assistnce is being relesed subject to the following conditions: (i) Necessry snctions/pprovls/complinces required under the sttutory or other regultory regime s pplicble would be obtined by the uthority(ies) concerned with the project(s). (ii) The Stte Government nd implementing gency shll put in plce monitoring system to ensure tht the project(s) chieve scheduled milestone nd envisged outcomes including implementtion of reforms nd other conditionlities required under the scheme. (iii) The Stte Government shll utilize the grnt in ccordnce with the pproved guidelines for the implementtion of the Scheme of PMAY (Urbn) Mission. (iv) TheStte Government shll furnish the Utiliztion certifictes of the Grnt relesed in the prescribed formt s per GFR 217 s provided in the scheme guidelines. The funds my be utilized for the purpose nd within the selected ctegorized beneficiries, for which these re given. Otherwise these will hve to be refunded long with interest s per provisions under GFR 217. Where there is n element of csh trnsfer to individul beneficiries, the sme my be mde through PFMS/DBT mode s pplicble. The Stte Government shll submit n uthenticted certificte from the bnk showing complete detils of disbursement of funds to ech beneficiry before relese of 2nd instllment. (v) (vi) Pge lof2
