Attention is drwn to the fct tht the figures for the 3 months ended 31 Mrch 2018 s reported in these finncil results re the blncing figures between udited figures in respect of the full previous finncil yer nd the published yer to dte figures up to the third qurter of the previous finncil yer. The figures up to the end of the third qurter of previous finncil yer hd only been reviewed nd not subjected to udit. This sttement is the responsibility of the Compny s Mngement nd hs been pproved by the Bord of Directors. Our responsibility is to issue report on these consolidted finncil results bsed on our review. We conducted our review in ccordnce with the Stndrd on Review Enggement (SRE) 2410, Review of Interim Finncil Informtion Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity specified under section 143(10) of the Compnies Act, This stndrd requires tht we pln nd perform the review to obtin moderte ssurnce s to whether the consolidted finncil results re free of mteril missttement. A review is limited primrily to inquiries of compny personnel nd nlyticl procedures pplied to finncil dt nd thus provides less ssurnce thn n udit. We hve not performed n udit nd ccordingly, we do not express n udit opinion. We did not review the finncil informtion of two subsidiries included in the sttement of unudited consolidted finncil results nd consolidted yer-to-dte finncil results, whose unudited finncil informtion reflect totl revenue of Rs 234 million for the qurter ended 30 June 2018 nd totl ssets of Rs. 742 million s t 30 June This unudited finncil informtion hs been reviewed by other uditors whose reports hve been furnished to us, nd our opinion on the unudited consolidted finncil results nd the yer-to-dte results, to the extent they hve been derived from such unudited finncil informtion is bsed solely on the report of such other uditors. These interim finncil results hve been certified by the Compny s mngement nd our report on the Sttement, in so fr s it reltes to the mounts included in respect of these entities, is bsed solely on such interim finncil results certified by the Compny s mngement. In our opinion nd ccording to the informtion nd explntions given to us by the Compny s mngement, these finncil results re not mteril to the Group. Our conclusion is not modified in respect of such mtter.
