4 Mens 1 A petition hs een presented to the Court for the compulsory winding up of the Key Providers; 2 The Key Provider(s) convenes meeting of its Creditors informlly or otherwise for the purpose of considering n rrngement with such Creditors pursunt to the provisions of Section 588 of the Compnies Act 1985 (Insolvency Act 1986) or ny sttutory modifiction or re-enctment thereof; 3 A Receiver is ppointed over ny of the property or ssets of the Key Provider(s); 4 The Key Provider(s) stops pyment of its dets or is unle to py its dets within the mening of Section 518 of the compnies Act 1985 or ceses to crry on its usiness s result of eing unle to py its dets s they fll due. or 5 The sttutory equivlent to prgrphs (1)-(4) ove previling in the territory in which the Key Provider is not suject to UK jurisdiction. Where curtilment of the trvel rrngements is unvoidle, the cost of return trnsport for the Insured nd its Attendee, to the destintion in the UK to similr stndrd s previously included.

5 The Insurnce does not: 1 provide ny indemnity, where there is ond or other insurnce lredy in force in respect of Key Provider notwithstnding tht pyment thereunder is indequte to meet the Insured's clim. 2 cover ny Key Provider who is in insolvent dministrtion under Chpter 11 (or similr under lw) t the time of issue of this Certificte. This insurnce only covers the following: 1 Scheduled Airlines nd/or Shipping Line - All monies pid to the Scheduled Airline nd/or Shipping Line within 45 dys of the scheduled dte of deprture from the UK. 2 Hotels nd/or Conference Centre - nd Deposits up to 10% of the totl hotel costs pid in dvnce to the hotel up to 6 months, efore the dte of commencement of the conference or event. A further pyment of up to 90% of the totl hotel costs pid on the dte of commencement or within 14 dys of the commencement of the conference or event. 3 Destintion Mngement Compny - nd Deposits up to 20% of the totl contrct pyle to the Destintion Mngement Compny pid in dvnce up to 6 months efore the scheduled dte of deprture from the UK. A further pyment of up to 30% of the totl contrct pyle to the Destintion Mngement Compny on the commencement dte of the conference or event. This insurnce expressly does not cover ny sums due nd pyle to Key Provider retined y the Insured, or ny person on its ehlf t the end of conference or event. Trvel Contrct the trvel contrct for trvel rrngements to or from n orgnised conference or event, orgnised on ehlf of n Insured, which my tke plce in the UK or elsewhere ut which commences in nd returns to destintion in the UK.
