1 "Lyon, best European City Break Destination" COMPETITION RULES '''Article 1: Organisation''' The company OFFICE DU TOURISME ET DES CONGRES DU GRAND LYON, Place Bellecour BP LYON CEDEX 02, is organising a free competition with no obligation to make a purchase, during a promotional campaign entitled "Lyon, Capital of Gastronomy", subject to the conditions detailed in the present competition rules. '''Article 2: Participation''' The competition is open to any natural person of legal age, excluding members of companies having participating in the organisation of the competition, the distributors and their staff, the staff of subcontractors with responsibility for the handling of the products and family members of all of these persons (ascendants, descendants, spouses and partners). The OFFICE DU TOURISME ET DES CONGRES DU GRAND LYON reserves the right to require that the winners produce an official confirmation of employment or an official confirmation from the ANPE (French national employment agency) or a retirement certificate where necessary, proving that they do not belong to one of the above-mentioned categories. Only one entry per home and per participating town: same name, same postal address and/or same bank account details and/or same address. It is strictly forbidden to enter using several pseudonyms linked to the same home or using an account opened on behalf of another person. Only a single account may be opened for each home possessing the same names and residence details. '''Article 3: Prizes''' The prizes for the competition are: > 1 stay in Lyon for 2 persons including : 2 nights + breakfasts in the 4* hotel Radisson Blu : meal for 2 person in a traditional restaurant called Bouchon lyonnais : x3 Days Lyon City Card passes: 75 Payment of transport costs (Please see applicable conditions below): 300 Stay value : 1000 The winner shall inform the organiser upon receipt of his or her prize, and in any event by 01/12/2018 at the latest, of the dates selected to enjoy said prize, during the period running from 01/06/2018 to 31/12/2018, on Friday and Saturday nights only and outside of the Fêtes des Lumières (Festival of Lights) period. The Lyon Tourist Office and Convention Bureau will then book the services for the winners (hotel, flights, restaurants, tasting), subject to availability. The winner must communicate his or her dates in accordance with the conditions stipulated by the organiser in the informing the winner of his or her prize. The Lyon Tourist Office and Convention Bureau will cover the cost of transport tickets for the winners for an amount of up to 300, either by directly purchasing the tickets, or by paying this sum to a travel agency, which will take care of the booking, in the event that the amount for the tickets exceeds 300. This 300 contribution to travel expenses shall not give rise to a direct payment to the winners.

2 Expenses for transport between the winner's home and the location of the stay shall not be covered by the company organising this game. Each participant in the competition must supply the Organiser with details of his/her title, last name, first name, address, postcode, town, country and address. To give everyone a fair chance of winning, it is strictly prohibited (via all methods or processes) to modify or seek to modify the proposed competition process in order to affect the process or the result. Following registration, the participant will be eligible to take part in the prize draws to win culinary stays for two people in Lyon. '''Article 5: Selection of prize winners''' The winners will be chosen by means of a prize draw from among the list of participants registered in the EXCEL files. The prize draw will be performed by the organiser, on the premises of the OFFICE DU TOURISME ET DES CONGRES DU GRAND LYON, place Bellecour, on the dates stated in article 4 of these rules. The competition winners will be contacted by , using the address entered at the time of registration, by an employee of the OFFICE DU TOURISME ET DES CONGRES DU GRAND LYON within a period of two days as from the date of the prize draw. Participants are asked to ensure that their address is functioning properly and to check their contact details before confirming their registration. In the event that these contact details are inaccurate or are not supplied, the OFFICE DU TOURISME ET DES CONGRES DU GRAND LYON may not be considered liable for the non-reception of the gift. If circumstances require it, the OFFICE DU TOURISME ET DES CONGRES DU GRAND LYON reserves the right to replace the prizes won by a prize of equivalent value or with similar characteristics. This prize may under no circumstances be exchanged for its cash value, or replaced by another prize at the winner's request, or transferred to third parties. Any written complaint or claim concerning a prize won and not received must be submitted within a period of one month as from the estimated date on which the said prize should have been received. It must obligatorily mention the winner's contact details, the type of prize won and the date of the corresponding prize draw, failing which it may not be taken into account. If the winner's contact details are found to be invalid, he/she will be considered as having renounced his/her prize.

This will be made based on a fixed sum corresponding to the connection cost for a 3- minute local tax phone call from a landline phone, based on the applicable France Télécom rates. If the participating Web surfer has an Internet subscription, in compliance with applicable case law he/she cannot claim a reimbursement of connection costs. The reimbursement of the stamp used for this request is based on the applicable slow rate. Any request for reimbursement must obligatorily be accompanied by bank details showing the entrant's name and must mention: * The complete contact details (last name, first name, complete address); * The date, time and exact minute of connection; * A copy of the entrant's itemised telephone bill from the telephone company and/or access supplier showing the time and date of his/her connection to the website. Only a single request for the reimbursement of connection costs may be made per household (same name, same postal address and/or same bank account details and/or same address) and/or per letter during the competition period. The name mentioned on the request letter must obligatorily be the same as that shown on the bank details. No request for the reimbursement of connection costs may be honoured if the above-mentioned conditions are not met. Requests for reimbursement will be honoured within an average period of two months. Any complaints or claims concerning the reimbursement of participation costs must be sent to the competition address before the expiry of a four-month period as from the expiry date of the competition. After this deadline, no complaints or claims will be considered. '''Article 7: Data protection''' The OFFICE DU TOURISME ET DES CONGRES DU GRAND LYON is the sole recipient of personal data. '''Article 8: Authorisation''' The participants hereby authorise all verifications concerning their identity and contact details. Any false declarations, false statements of identity or false addresses will result in the participant's immediate elimination and, where necessary, the reimbursement of any prizes already received or used. '''Article 9: Compliance with the rules''' Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present complete rules.

4 Any anomalous correspondence (incomplete, illegible, insufficient postage, sent by registered letter) will not be taken into consideration and any fake or incomplete identity statements or contact details will result in the immediate elimination of the perpetrator. The OFFICE DU TOURISME ET DES CONGRES DU GRAND LYON reserves right to take legal action against anyone attempting to perpetrate a fraud. The OFFICE DU TOURISME ET DES CONGRES DU GRAND LYON will seek to find an amicable solution. Should one not be forthcoming, any dispute or litigation will be settled by the competent courts. No response will be issued to any request issued in writing, by telephone or verbally concerning the interpretation or application of the rules, the methods and mechanisms of the competition and/or the list of winners. Only requests for the reimbursement of expenses may be considered, these to be submitted in writing. Participation in the competition implies unreserved acceptance of the present rules. These rules are subject to French law. Any practical difficulties in the application or interpretation of the present rules will be settled by the organisers without appeal. The organisers have the right to cancel or modify the prize draw if circumstances require this. Any complaints or claims must be the subject of a written request sent exclusively to the competition address, and obligatorily including the applicant's precise contact details. No written contestation, complaints or claims concerning the competition will be taken into account after a deadline of one month after the closure of the competition. The OFFICE DU TOURISME ET DES CONGRES DU GRAND LYON may not be considered liable for any errors in the forwarding of s, letters or prizes, the loss of such items when shipped, their non-receipt, or damage or deterioration concerning them. The OFFICE DU TOURISME ET DES CONGRES DU GRAND LYON will incur no liability in the event of any complaints, claims or contestation concerning among other things the quality of the prizes won. The OFFICE DU TOURISME ET DES CONGRES DU GRAND LYON will bear no liability due among other things to the occurrence of a case of force majeure or any event outside its control such as: a technical incident relating to a defect in the system used or fraudulent access to the said system, a problem, an interruption or a slowdown with the postal services, means of transport or telecommunications networks. The reimbursement of postal costs for the sending of the request for the rules will be limited to one per household based on the applicable slow rate. The participant must imperatively specify his/her full contact details and enclose these and his/her bank details to his/her request.
