1 Events: 1 Dual GS, 1 SL, 1 GS IMD Championship Race Announcement March 10-13, 2016 Brundage Mountain Resort Entries: $70 for the series. Includes all 3 events, tubing tickets for families and athletes, and Schwag bag. Additional $10 fee for any athletes training on 3/10/16 Please send Athlete/Coach lists to director@mccallwintersportsclub.org. Entry Deadline: 3/8/16 5:00pm All athletes and coaches must complete the attached event waivers for Brundage Mountain Resort and MWSC. Please have waivers ready at the Team Captian's meeting. Lift Tickets: $19/day, Multi-day tickets will be available at the Team Captian's meeting. Complimentary coaches tickets will be available at the Team Captian's meeting Parent tickets will be available at the Brundage ticket windows day of competition. Resort Team Captain's meeting 3/11 U10/U12 Dual GS Races - Parent cocktail hour/athlete movie Shore Lodge. More details to come. 3/12 Men's GS, Women's SL Awards Ceremony 6:00pm 3/13 Men's SL, Women's GS Awards 15 min after completion of races Awards: 3/12-6:00pm at The Activity Barn, McCall, ID, 141 Moonridge Dr., McCall, ID, Awards Ceremony, Tubing for athletes and families, option of food and beverages available 3/13 - Brundage Pavillion 15 min after completion of race.

Please contact Matt Sylvester if training prior to the event is desired. Release and Waiver of Claims In consideration of being allowed to participate in the IMD Championships( Event ) at Brundage Mountain Resort ( Facility ), the Participant, and the Participant s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) if the Participant is a minor, do hereby agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, as follows: 1) TO WAIVE ALL CLAIMS that they have or may have against the Facility arising out of the IMD Championship Race Event; 2) TO ASSUME ALL RISKS INHERENT IN THE RACE EVENT, including Death. I recognize that participating in any on-snow event, including The Event, is a hazardous activity that is dangerous and includes the risk of serious injury and death. These known and unknown risks include, but are not limited to, use of chairlifts, changing weather, visibility and surface and sub-surface conditions, ice and bare spots, trees, lift towers, fences, signs, posts, lift mazes, hydrants and pipes, snow grooming equipment, snowmobiles and other manmade objects, variations in terrain, slope design and collisions with other skiers/ riders. I further recognize that The Event offers more challenges than regular Alpine activities while on skis or a snowboard. 3) TO RELEASE the Facility, its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and shareholders, from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that the Participant (or his/her next of kin) may suffer, arising out of the inherent risks of participation in The Event. 4) MUST WEAR A HELMET TO COMPETE! 5) I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Brundage for and from any injury to other person(s) or property which I may cause as a result of engaging in the Event. 6) I authorize Brundage and/or its authorized personnel to call for medical care for me or to transport me to a medical facility or hospital if, in the opinion of such personnel, medical attention is needed for me. I agree that, upon my transport to any such medical facility or hospital, Brundage shall not have any further responsibility for me. Further, I agree to pay all costs associated with such medical care and related transportation provided for me and shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Brundage of and from any costs incurred herein. 7) I agree that any and all disputes between Brundage and me arising from my participation in the Event or my use of rented equipment, and including any claims for personal injury and/or death, will be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and exclusive jurisdiction thereof will be in the district court residing in and for Valley County, Idaho. 8) In the event any section of this release is found to unenforceable, the remaining terms shall be fully enforceable. 9) This Release shall be binding to the fullest extent permitted by law. 10) The Release shall be binding upon my assignees, subrogers, distrubutes, heirs, next-of-kin, executors, personal representatives, administrators, and insurers, and may be pled by Brundage as a complete bar and defense against any claim, demand, action, or causes of action by me or on my behalf. The Participant acknowledges and agrees there are inherent risks of participating in the Hidden Valley Hoedown Event. The Participant also acknowledges that this agreement does not, in any way, change the rights or obligations of the Facility or the Participant, other than as set forth in this agreement. I GRANT PERMISSION TO BRUNDAGE MOUNTAIN RESORT, CO. TO USE MY PHOTOGRAPH, VIDEO TAPE, MOTION PICTURE RECORDING OR ANY OTHER RECORD OF MY USE OF ITS FACILITIES FOR LEGITIMATE PURPOSES. Telluride Ski and Golf Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement The purpose of this Agreement is to exempt, waive, and release Released Parties from any and all liability for wrongful
