2 TLH Heliskiing offers SINGLE group Heliskiing with unlimited vertical. What does this mean to you? Freedom and Flexibility. You are the first to go out in the morning and the last to come back at the end of the day. There is virtually no waiting for the helicopter or for other groups to catch up behind you. There is no additional cost, no matter how much you ski. You get the most skiing, and the best ski experience. Rates include Unlimited Vertical heliskiing, all return transfers from Vancouver or Whistler, accommodation at Tyax Wilderness Resort & Spa, all gourmet meals, non-alcoholic beverages (excluding specialty drinks), professional guiding services, the use of avalanche safety equipment, the use of powder skis and poles, and the use of all resort facilities and recreational equipment. We back up our unlimited vertical program with a vertical guarantee that surpasses the vertical inclusion of many other operators. Guarantees vary by package, season and available daylight. You will never pay more, but should you be unable to ski due to weather or mechanical failure, you will receive a refund based on the unused portion of the guarantee. Get it all in our Platinum Private Program. The exclusivity runs through every portion of this package. Indulge in the pampering and attention of your own private service team, including a massage therapist, concierge, chef, pilot, and guides, while residing in your own private chalet, and flying in your own private helicopter. Ski with 1 group only in a Bell 212 with 10 guests and 2 guides or 1 group only in a Bell 407 with 4 guests and 2 guides. Call for more information and pricing. Booking Information Single Occupancy Supplement Single occupancy room rates may be available for $ per night plus tax. Single occupancy is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Deposits TLH requires a deposit of $ per person, with the exception of Platinum Private packages which require a 20% deposit. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking and is entirely NON-REFUNDABLE. The full balance of each package is due 90 days prior to arrival and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations that have not been paid in full by the due date may be cancelled by TLH Heliskiing without notice to the guest. Currency All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). When paying with currencies other than Canadian dollars (CAD), the exchange rate on the day of deposit will be used and is dependent on the issuing bank of the client. Taxes All rates are subject to a 5% Goods and Services tax. The accommodation portion is charged an additional 8% Provincial Sales Tax and the Ski Rental portion is charged an additional 7% Provincial Sales Tax. A tax rebate is given to Non-Canadian residents for the main portion of the heliskiing package at a 2.5% discount, taken off the invoice in advance. No additional rebate may be claimed. Additional items/services such as hotels and transfers are NOT eligible for the HST rebate. Call for more information.

5 Cancellations Cancellations made with more than 90 days remaining prior to the package commencement date will be refunded less their initial deposit. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the package commencement date will receive NO REFUND. If the cancelled reservation can be re-sold to another guest that assumes the contractual obligations, and only if the cancelled space is still available, a change of reservation fee of $250 will apply. It is HigHLY recommended that you purchase cancellation insurance. Refunds No refund is given for any unused portion of your package due to injury, illness, poor physical fitness or skiing ability. There is no refund if you choose not to participate in any activity or to return to the lodge early. Refunds given due to inclement weather or mechanical breakdown will be according to the vertical guarantee of the package. For any unused portion of that vertical guarantee, TLH Heliskiing will refund $112 per 1000 meters. Call for more information. TLH Heliskiing reserves the right to cancel any package at any time; full refunds will be given if this is the case. Insurance Insurance can be provided through a third-party provider at Lifestyle Financial ( index.php/travelinsurance/tlh-heliskiing)or through your own provider. Please ensure that you cover medical, trip cancellation, trip interruption and any other liabilities that you require. TLH will not cover any expenses that could be purchased through an insurance provider. Transfers 5 and 7 day packages include a combination of land and air transfers for inbound and outbound travel. 3 day packages include a combination of land and air transfers on inbound travel only and a land transfer on outbound travel. 4 day packages include a combination of land and air transfers on outbound travel only and a land transfer on inbound travel. Air transfers are not confirmed until the day of the transfer. TLH reserves the right to cancel air transfers due to weather conditions, lack of demand or capacity issues, no refunds will be given. TLH reserves the right to schedule vehicle transfers instead of air transfer as needed. Arrival and Departure from Canada We recommend that our guests schedule flights to arrive at, and depart from, the Vancouver International Airport, allowing for a night in Vancouver or Whistler both before and after their trip to TLH Heliskiing. Waivers Prior to heliskiing all participants will be required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement. See sample waiver on next page.

DEFINITIONS In this Release Agreement, the term "wilderness activities" shall include all activities, accommodation, transportation, events and services provided, arranged, organized, conducted, sponsored or authorized by the Releasees and shall include but is not limited to: skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, hiking, snowshoeing and other form of backcountry travel; rental or use of skis, snowboards or other equipment; demonstrations; orientational and instructional courses; loading, unloading and travel by or movement in or around helicopters, snowcats, snowmobiles and motor vehicles; and other activities, events and services in any way connected with or related to wilderness activities. AVALANCHE AIRBAG SYSTEM The Avalanche Airbag System ( AAS ) consists of a backpack integrating an airbag system which is inflated by manually pulling an activation handle. Once inflated, an AAS may assist in keeping a person caught in an avalanche closer to the surface, thus potentially increasing the chances of survival. The AAS may not always inflate and may not protect the user against trauma during an avalanche. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS - AVALANCHES, ALPINE TERRAIN, WILDERNESS TRAVEL, WEATHER ETC. I am aware that wilderness activities involves risks, dangers and hazards. Avalanches occur frequently in the terrain used for wilderness activities and may be caused by natural forces or by persons travelling through the terrain. I acknowledge and accept that the Releasees may fail to predict whether the alpine terrain is safe for wilderness activities or whether an avalanche may occur. The terrain used for wilderness activities is uncontrolled, unmarked, not inspected and involves many risks, dangers and hazards in addition to that of avalanche. These may include, but are not limited to: cornices; crevasses; cliffs; trees, tree wells and tree stumps; creeks; rocks; boulders; forest deadfall; holes and depressions on or below the snow surface; cliffs; variable and difficult snow conditions; snowcat roads and road banks, fences, and other manmade structures; snow immersion; impact or collision with other persons or objects; becoming lost or separated from one s party or guide; negligence of other persons, including other guests; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF WILDERNESS ACTIVITIES. Communication in the alpine terrain is difficult and in the event of an accident, rescue and medical treatment may not be available. Alpine weather conditions may be extreme and can change rapidly and without warning, making travel by helicopter, snowcat or snowmobile hazardous. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH WILDERNESS ACTIVITIES AND I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM. NOTICE TO SNOWBOARDERS AND TELEMARK SKIERS - INCREASED RISK Unlike alpine ski boot/binding systems, snowboard and some telemark boot/binding systems are not designed or intended to release and will not release under normal circumstances. The use of a safety strap or retention device by snowboarders or telemark skiers without ski brakes will increase the risk of not surviving an avalanche. Sample RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT In consideration of THE RELEASEES allowing me to participate in wilderness activities, I hereby agree as follows: 1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future have against THE RELEASEES and TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury including death that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer as a result of my participation in wilderness activities, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE, INCLUDING ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED UNDER THE OCCUPIERS LIABILITY ACT, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 337, ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF WILDERNESS ACTIVITIES REFERRED TO ABOVE; 2. This Release Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity; 4. This Release Agreement and any rights, duties and obligations as between the parties to this Release Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and no other jurisdiction; and 5. Any litigation involving the parties to this Release Agreement shall be brought solely within the Province of British Columbia and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of British Columbia. In entering into this Release Agreement I am not relying on any oral or written representations or statements made by the Releasees with respect to the safety of wilderness activities, other than what is set forth in this Release Agreement.
