BMTP shall als maintain prper recrd f the release made under the UHF as per General Financial Rules, 217 and the extant accunting prcedure. 4. Based n the decisin f the said SM and n the recmmendatins made by MHUA, the release f entral Assistance f Rs. 14,94,,/ (Rupees

The releases made by 3MTP t the State Gvernment shall be kept in a separate designated accunt fr utilizatin twards the implementatin f the scheme and shall nt frm part f their general financial peratins. L The funds shall be utilized fr the purpse and fr the selected categrized beneficiaries nly, fr which these are sanctined. Otherwise, these funds will have t be refunded alng with interest as per prvisins under GFR2 17. deviatin frm the framewrk fr implementatin f PMAY(U) is permissible.. The expenditure n the implementatin f the scheme/prjects will be shared between the entral and the State/ ULB /mplementing Agency (A) as cmmitted. The cmmitted State share shuld als be released within 15 days frm the date f receipt f entral Share in the SLA accunt. n case f shrtfall f State/ULB/A share, crrespnding amunt f entral share will be deducted frm the subsequent instalment(s). V. The funds including entral and State share will thereafter be released by the State Gvernment t the implementing agencies withut any delay failing which the amunt wuld be recvered frm the State Gvernment with interest, as applicable, fr the perid f default. V. ecessary sanctins/apprvals/cmpliances required under the statutry r ther regulatry regime as applicable wuld be btained by the authrity(ies) cncerned with the prject(s). V. The State Gvernment and implementing agencies shall put in place a mnitring system t ensure that the prject(s) achieve scheduled milestne and envisaged utcmes including implementatin f refrms and ther cnditins required under the scheme. Vl.The State Gvernment /implementing agencies shall utilize the grant in accrdance with the apprved guidelines f PMAY(U) fr the implementatin f the scheme. V. The State Gvernment shall furnish Utilizatin ertificates f the grant released in the prescribed frmat as per GFR217 t the Ministry f Husing and Urban Affairs as prvided in the scheme guidelines. X. Where there is an element f cash transfer t individual beneficiaries, the same may be made thrugh PFMS/DBT mde as applicable and necessary transactin details may be updated in MS immediately after the disbursement. The State Gvernment shall submit an authenticated certificate frm the bank shwing cmplete details f disbursement f funds t each beneficiary befre release f subsequent installment. X. The State Gvernment shall ensure the getagging f all huses apprved under BL cmpnent f PMAY (U) and subsequent release by the State Gvernment t the beneficiaries shuld be made in 34 installments depending n the prgress/stage f cnstructin f the huse. X. The State Gvernment shall ensure that the specificatins f the huses cnfrm t B/S Standards and that requisite infrastructure will be prvided by the State Gvernment/ULB. *ex
