The fund being released is in prprtin t data entered in MIS ut f the apprved list f beneficiaries in the CSMC in its 27tb meeting held n 3th Octber 217. The remaining funds under 1st instalment will be released subsequently nce data entry is cmpleted and reprted in MIS. 3 release made under the NUHF as per General Financial Rules, 217 and the extant accunting prcedure. 4. Based n the decisin f the said CSMC and n the recmmendatins made by MHUA, the release f Assistance f Rs. 7,72,2,/- (Rupees Seven Crre and Seventy Tw Lakh and Twenty Thusand nly) is further subject t the fllwing terms and cnditins in additin t the bservatins f the CSMC: I. The releases made by BMTPC t the UT Gvernment shall be kept in a separate designated accunt fr utilizatin twards the implementatin f the scheme and shall nt frm part f their general financial peratins. II. III. I. The funds shall be utilized fr the purpse and fr the selected categrized beneficiaries nly, fr which these are sanctined. Otherwise, these funds will have t be refunded alng with interest as per prvisins under GFR-217. N deviatin frm the framewrk fr implementatin f PMAY(U) is permissible. The expenditure n the implementatin f the scheme/prjects will be shared between the and the UT/ULB/Implementing Agency (IA) as cmmitted. The cmmitted UT share shuld als be released within 15 days frm the date f receipt f Share in the SLNA accunt. In case f shrtfall f UT/ULB/IA share, crrespnding amunt f share will be deducted frm the subsequent instalment(s). The funds including and UT share will thereafter be released by the UT Gvernment t the implementing agencies withut any delay failing which the amunt wuld be recvered frm the UT Gvernment with interest, as applicable, fr the perid f default.. Necessary sanctins/ apprvals/ cmpliances required under the statutry r ther regulatry regime as applicable wuld be btained by the authrity(ies) cncerned with the prject(s). I. The UT Gvernment and implementing agencies shall put in place a mnitring system t ensure that the prject(s) achieve scheduled milestne and envisaged utcmes including implementatin f refrms and ther cnditins required under the scheme. II. The UT Gvernment /implementing agencies shall utilize the grant in accrdance - with the apprved guidelines f PMAY(U) fr the implementatin f the scheme. III. IX. The UT Gvernment shall furnish Utilizatin Certificates f the grant released in the prescribed frmat as per GFR-217 t the Ministry f Husing and Urban Affairs as prvided in the scheme guidelines. Where there is an element f cash transfer t individual beneficiaries, the same may be made thrugh PFMS/DBT mde as applicable and necessary transactin details may be updated in MIS immediately after the disbursement. The UT Gvernment shall submit an authenticated certificate frm the bank shwing cmplete details f disbursement f funds t each beneficiary befre release f subsequent instalment. X. The UT Gvernment shall ensure the ge-tagging f all huses apprved under BLC cmpnent f PMAY (U) and subsequent release by the State Gvernment t the Page 2 f 3

4 beneficiaries shuld be made in 3-4 instalments depending n the prgress/stage f cnstructin f the huse. XI. XII. The UT Gvernment shall ensure that the specificatins f the huses cnfrm t NBC/IS Standards and that requisite infrastructure will be prvided by the UT Gvernment/ ULB. The UT Gvernment shall submit the Actin Taken Reprt (ATR) n the bservatins/ recmmendatins f Third Party Quality Mnitring Agency (TPQMA) fr quality mnitring purpse befre release f subsequent instalment. 5.
