6 Key Decisions Regarding Implementation The third independent annual performance assessment for EFY 2003 (2010/11) of the 19 cities participating in ULGDP is on-going and is expected to be completed by Mid-June 2012, and this will determine the allocation to cities for EFY 2005 ( FY 13). The findings of the assessment will be discussed in the upcoming implementation support mission currently scheduled in May/June Restructuring History There has been no restructuring to date.
