It has reached 75%of the revised end target of the PDO indicator, with 475 municipalities with a hazard risk management program (original target was 472 municipalities). 2 framework, with the Decree 4147ofNovember 3, 2011 establishing the UNGRD or DisasterRisk Management National Unit, and Law 1523 of April 24, 2012 adopting a National Policy on Disaster Risk Management and establishing the National Disaster Risk Management System.
