The Zning Bylaw is a set f regulatins which cntrls land use and develpment in the City f Regina. The Zning Bylaw divides the city int znes. Within thse znes, permitted and discretinary uses are established, as are regulatins with respect t lt size, cverage, placement f buildings and ther develpment standards. Requirements will vary amng znes, but must be unifrm within znes. Requests fr develpments r imprvements nt in agreement with the Zning Bylaw must invlve a submissin requesting an amendment t the Bylaw. The mst cmmn amendment request invlves applicatin fr changes f land use designatin r zning changes. Applicatins fr zning amendments will be determined t be either minr r majr zning amendments as fllws: Minr: A map change rezning f a prperty frm ne designatin t anther fr greenfield, r an extensin f a zning bundary t reflect additin f lands t existing prperty, r mderate change in use r intensity within its wn class (example: cmmercial and industrial). Majr: All ther zning amendments are cnsidered majr. Applicatin Requirements The fllwing is required: 1. A cmpleted applicatin frm with all questins answered and signed by the applicant and the wner (if different) Accuracy f infrmatin prvided n the applicatin frm is critical t a legal and binding decisin. Be as accurate as pssible. 2. A cheque payable t the City f Regina, reflecting the current applicatin fee. Please cntact the Planning Department at t btain the current applicatin fee; Applicatin fees are required t be paid in full at the time f applicatin 3. Prperty titles fr all affected lands 4. Any additinal data as may be required pursuant t the Planning & Develpment Act, 2007, and any ther applicable regulatins herein r by the Develpment Officer. Yur applicatin will be deemed incmplete and sent back t yu in the event that any f the abve required elements are missing frm yur submissin.

2 Refund Plicy Shuld yu wish t withdraw yur applicatin after submissin, the fllwing refund plicy will apply: 75% f the fee will be refunded if withdrawn befre circulatin 50% f the fee will be refunded if withdrawn after circulatin but prir t advertisement in the newspaper 0% f the fee will be refunded if withdrawn after advertising in the newspaper Submissin Submit the cmpleted applicatin frm, the required applicatin fees, plans and supprting dcuments t: Planning Department City f Regina 9th Flr, City Hall P.O.
