Applicatins will be evaluated by a peer assessment jury against the prgram criteria, the cre values and gals f the BC Arts Cuncil and the three areas f assessment. In preparing their prpsal, applicants shuld: Cnsider and discuss hw the prject addresses their mandate, missin and values thrugh the pursuit f excellence in each f the three areas f assessment.
