Lcatin f signs, equipment, trailers, and strage area; and Lcatin f Fire Extinguishers Lcatin f Canpy with sizes INSURANCE INFORMATION: N sales may be permitted pursuant t this sectin unless an insurance plicy prviding full liability cverage t the City and with the City as an additinal named insured. The minimum limits fr this liability cverage must be $1,000,000 per ccurrence and $2,000,000 in general aggregate. Certificates f insurance with the city as an additinal named insured shall be prvided t the City with the applicatin. SIGNS: One sign r banner, directing the attentin f the public a temprary hliday sale sign, may be permitted n the premises f the sale. A temprary hliday sale banner shall nt exceed 25 square feet per sign face and a sign area f 50 square feet, and its height shall nt exceed six feet. A banner shall nt exceed 50 square feet in area; Temprary hliday sale directinal signs shall be lcated at pints specified by the applicatin. The sign shall nt exceed fur square feet per sign face and an aggregate area f eight square feet, and shall nt exceed fur feet in height, if freestanding; Such signs, banners and directinal signs may be displayed 10 days befre the sale date and must be remved within 5 days; The sign must be lcated n the same private prperty where the event being advertised is being cnducted; Signs must be maintained in gd cnditin at all times; and N sign may be lcated in the visibility triangle r visin triangle as defined in sectin f the land develpment cde, nr in anyway interfere with r impede vehicle traffic r right-f-way. 3 SALES AND ACTIVITY: All sales activity, including but nt limited t any display r merchandise shall be cmpletely cntained within the bundaries f the subject prperty r leased parcel and subject t the fllwing requirements: Pyrtechnical items may nly be sld at lcatins within a nnresidential zning district. Such sales shall nt be permitted t be made frm areas lcated within 1,000 feet frm: Any fuel strage facility f any kind r any area where hazardus f inflammatry materials are stred. Pyrtechnical items may be sld nly if each sales lcatin has been apprved by the Fire Department. The wner f the prperty upn which the sales are t ccur shall be held respnsible fr all actins which ccur n the prperty and fr returning the prperty t the cnditin it was in prir t the sales permitted. All setup activities may begin 10 days befre the sale date and all evidence f the sale activity must be remved within 5 days. At any given lcatin apprved fr temprary hliday sales there shall be a maximum f ne temprary hliday sale vendr. All sales activity, including but nt limited t any display, structures, equipment r merchandise, shall be at least 15 feet frm the prperty line. N signs, equipment, vehicles, strage cntainers, inventry, display cases r table r bjects related t the intended sales activity may be placed n the subject prperty prir t the date set fr set-up activity. All signs, equipment, vehicles, strage cntainers, inventry, display cases r tables r ther bjects related t the sales activity must be remved by the date set fr remval and the prperty must be returned t its frmer cnditin. N Truck r trailers lnger than 30 feet in length shall be permitted t remain at the site and nly ne truck r trailer less than 30 feet in length may remain at the site. N temprary hliday sales shall be permitted and n applicatin apprved if it is determined that the manner in which the sales are t ccur culd pse a traffic hazard, a pedestrian hazard, an eye sre negatively affecting the aesthetics f the surrunding cmmunity r cause undue traffic cngestin in the area. All lcatins must be chsen s that there is safe and adequate access t the sales area and that such access and any sales can be cnducted s as nt t interfere with neighbring businesses, residents, r the free flw f bth vehicular traffic. N bjects shall encrach upn driveways, drive isles f develped prperty, r public rights-f-way. N sale shall be permitted n public prperty r rights-f-way. Prvide evidence that the wner f the prperty r the wner s agent has authrized the applicatin r has jined in the applicatin.
