1 Recurring Rental Agreement fr Recvery Grups Using the Fellwship Hall The grup ( the Grup ) agrees t rent Rm N. at the Fellwship Hall ( the Hall ) n (day/s) frm (start time) t (end time). This agreement shall begin n Octber 1, 2017 and end n September 30, Thereafter, all terms shall remain in effect as a mnth-t-mnth lease, unless the Grup signs a new rental agreement r either party delivers written ntice f its intent t terminate this agreement. In keeping with its missin, the Hall ffers a variable rent structure t recvery grups that meet n a recurring basis. Each grup is encuraged t decide by grup cnscience the level f rent that it is able t pay. We ask that grups with lng-established and well-attended meetings cnsider paying rent at the A r B level. We ffer rent at the C level s that the Hall remains accessible t grups that are financially incapable f paying rent at any ther level. A. $.80 per persn attending each meeting; B. $.70 per member per meeting; r C. $.60 per member per meeting. The Grup estimates ur average attendance per meeting t be, and we cmmit t pay rent at the (A, B, r C) level. Our rental cmmitment is: $ per meeting. The Grup meets apprximately times per mnth. Our mnthly rent will be $ during the term f this agreement. Rent payments shall be made by check payable t Fellwship Hall. PLEASE DO NOT PAY YOUR GROUP S RENT IN CASH. Mnthly payments are due by the fifth day f the mnth. Rent checks may be sent by mail t Fellwship Hall at 2165 Durstn Rad, Bzeman, Mntana 59718, r depsited in the slt f the Hall s ffice dr n the Charltte Street side f the facility. Failure t pay may result in terminatin f this agreement. The Grup has received and read a cpy f the Cmmunity Rules and Cleaning Checklist. As part f ur cmmitment t keep the Hall clean and safe fr all in recvery, the Grup agrees t adhere t the Rules and t cmplete the items n the Cleaning Checklist after every meeting. 3 Cleaning Checklist fr Grups Using Fellwship Hall The kitchen/kitchenette area shall be thrughly cleaned after each use. This includes: washing, drying, and putting away all dishes and utensils prperly string r dispsing f all fd and beverage items cleaning cffee makers and pts turning ff all heating elements Trash shall be remved and placed in the utdr dumpster after each meeting. Tables must be wiped dwn, and stred in r returned t their riginal lcatin. Flrs must be swept, mpped, r vacuumed as needed. Outside areas, especially smking areas, must be returned t a clean and safe cnditin. Child care rms, if used, must be checked and returned t a clean and safe cnditin: turn ff tv and dvd player put away all tys and bks clse shades make sure bathrm is clean Unless anther meeting is ging n when yur grup leaves, make sure t lck the exterir drs t the building. Turn ff all lights.

4 Cmmunity Rules fr Grups Using the Fellwship Hall 1. N fd shall be prepared in the kitchen withut the prir cnsent f The Fellwship Hall ( the Hall ). The kitchen shall be thrughly cleaned after each use and garbage depsited in the utdr dumpster. 2. Any dairy prducts r ther fds stred in the refrigeratr shall be clearly marked with the name f the wner, and the date it was placed in the refrigeratr. The Hall has the right t remve any fds that are spiled, unmarked, r past their shelf life. 3. The Hall shall supply each Grup s authrized representative with ne cde fr the lck n the main drs. Grups shall prvide the cde nly t authrized grup representatives. Each Grup shall be respnsible fr ensuring the security f its cde and shall maintain a list f all persns with access t its cde. In the event that an unauthrized persn acquires r retains pssessin f a Grup s cde, the Grup shall prmptly ntify the Hall. Each Grup is respnsible fr all damages incurred during the use f its cde. 4. Each Grup shall use nly the space it has rented accrding t its written rental agreement and shall nt use ther space withut the cnsent f the Hall. 5. Each Grup agrees that its members will maintain the space in a clean and safe cnditin. Trash shall be remved and placed in the utdr dumpster after each meeting. The Hall prvides cleaning supplies s that Grups can meet these cmmitments. 6. Abslutely NO SMOKING in the building. Smking is permitted nly at the designated utdr lcatin. 7. N dgs, cats, r ther pets are allwed inside the building at any time, except fr service animals, as required by law. Owners shall be respnsible fr dgs kept utside r in vehicles and shall keep their dgs quiet. If a dg barks persistently, Grup representatives must ask the wner t leave the premises. Animal wners shall remve any animal waste befre leaving The Fellwship Hall prperty. 1

5 Cmmunity Rules fr Grups Using the Fellwship Hall 8. Grups agree t wrk with the Hall t prtect the Hall s gd relatinship with its neighbrs. If the Hall receives a cmplaint frm a neighbr abut the behavir f the member(s) f a particular Grup, that Grup will wrk with the Hall t reslve the issue and prevent any recurrence. 9. Grups shall nt use the child care rms during meetings unless children are prvided with adequate supervisin. Grup representatives shall nt permit any attendee at their meetings t leave a child unattended in the child care rms r elsewhere n the premises. 10. Grup members shall abide by all regulatins and restrictins psted n The Fellwship Hall bulletin bard. The Hall will make every effrt t ntify Grups if there is a significant change in any regulatins r restrictins. 11. At a Grup s request, the Hall may prvide strage space. Grups are respnsible fr the security f any items kept in that space. If a Grup secures its strage space with a lck, the Grup agrees t give the Hall access t the key r cmbinatin. Upn terminatin f this agreement, the Hall may dispse f any items left behind in the strage space. 12. The Hall shall cmmunicate with Grups abut cncerns, issues, r rental agreements by r letter using the cntact infrmatin prvided by the representative that signed the Grup s rental agreement. Grups are respnsible fr ensuring that this infrmatin is kept current and accurate. 13. Cars and bicycles shuld nt be parked utside the Hall vernight. If a bicycle is left utside fr mre than 7 days, it will be deemed abandned and will be remved by the plice. 14. Failure t adhere t these cmmunity rules may result in the terminatin f a Grup s rental agreement. If sufficiently serius, a single vilatin f these rules may result in immediate terminatin f a Grup s rental agreement. In mst instances, hwever, the Hall will make every reasnable effrt t ntify the Grup s representatives f issues and wrk cperatively t reslve them. If such effrts are unsuccessful, the Hall will ntify the Grup that it is terminating the Grup s rental agreement, in which case the Grup agrees prmptly t vacate the space. 2
