Validity of Offer Upto : Date of Pre Bid Conference : at Hrs Earnest Money: Bidder will submit qoutation alongwith EMD amount Rs 25000/- in the form of Demand Draft/Banker Cheque in favour of GAIL(India) Limited payable at State Bank of India, Pata( Branch Code-1937).EMD of Sucessful bidder shall be converted into security deposit Instruction to Bidders : 1.Bidders are requested to visit GAIL(India)Limited,Pata, distt Auraiya(U.P) on at 11.00AM for pre- bid conference with committee/board members and submission of the offer along with requisit amount of EMD within due date &time as mentioned RFQ.The pre-bid meeting will be held in C&P deppt at GAIL,PATA. 2. The bidder will submit the offer in SINGLE-BID SYSTEM i.e price bid alongwith techanical bid in single envolope.the RFQ NO and Bid due date & time of opening must mentioned on the top of envolpe. 3. SUBMISSION OF TENDER:THE BIDDER IS REQUESTED TO SUBMIT THEIR BID AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS WITHIN DUE DATE &TIME.THE BID RECEIVED AFTER DUE DATE &TIME SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED. 2 SECURITY, MAIN GATE PATA COMPLEX GAIL(INDIA) LIMITED PATA DISTT AURAIYA(U.P) Delivery/Completion Scheduele : DINNER ON AT GAIL GAON, DIBIYAPUR, AURAIYA(U.P) Terms of Payment : Payment shall be made within 7 days after getting the Services& submission of bill.contractor should submit the copy of proof of PAN and Service Tax Registration in order to process the payment. Other Contractual Stipulations: Special Instructions: a) Safola/Sundrop (fatless) oil, Shakti Bhog/swasthik Atta, MDH/Ashok/Everest Spices only should be used for cooking. b) Vegetables should be fresh c) Dals should be of No. 1 quality Note: a) Party has to provide Dinner for at least 3000 plates at GAIL GAON, Dibiyapur, Auraiya. Confirmed payment of 3000 plates will be made.in case of requirement of extra plates, the same shall be payable extra at actuals limited to 500 plates. The caterer has to arrange all catering arrangements like Bone-china Crockery with Cotton cloth napkin, minimum decorative Food Stalls, sufficient Staff for distribution etc. GAIL will provide only open space for preparation of food and all other arrangements like cooking gas/arrangement, transportation, manpower, tentage etc. shall be under scope of party. Minimum 5 Stalls for each Desert are required. b) Bidder will submit qoutation alongwith EMD amount Rs 25000/- in the form of Demand Draft/Banker Cheque in favour of GAIL(India) Limited payable at State Bank of India, Pata( Branch Code-1937).EMD of Sucessful bidder shall be converted into security deposit. c) High quality Copper/Silver/Standard service crockery with burner shall be provided. d) Coupons will be supplied by GAIL to the employees and their family members and would be collected by the supplier (caterer) while handing over the plate. e)extra No. of plates above 3000 will be paid as per actual consumed plates. The party has to provide their Bank details on our prescribed Format to release all their payment. f) The waiters should be courteous to the guests and should wear proper dress code with hand gloves. g) Party should maintain high score of hygiene while preparing and serving the food. h)in case of any deficiency in food & services GAIL reserves the right to deduct the suitable amount along-with security deposit submitted by the party will be forfeited. GAIL's decision in this respect shall be binding on the contractor. i) Cooking area should be covered with water proof taurpaulin. Bid Evaluation Criterion: Bidder must have executed a single order of catering services for 1000 plates in preceding 7 years from due date of

3 opening of bid.bidder is required to submit copy of order /execution certificate in support of meeeting the above bid evaluation criteria. REJECTION CRITERIA OF TENDER: 1.NON-SUBMISSION OF EMD & NOT MEETING THE BID EVALUATION CRITERIA. 2.NON-SUBMISSION OF THE QOUTATION AS PER SCHEDULE OF RATES. 3.NON ACCEPTANCE OF PAYMENT TERMS. Bids complete in all respects should reach office of Incharge (C&P), GAIL (India) Ltd., at the above address on or before hrs of the scheduled date. Bids received after the due date and time are liable to be rejected. GAIL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders received at its absolute discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever.
