(CCI), Branch Office, Guntur invites sealed tender in two bid system for supply of 41 units of Mobile Handsets from Manufacturer or Authorized Dealers/Distributor. The basic requirement for submission of tender documents is given hereunder: 1. The tender documents can be obtained from above address at free of costs on all the working days or may be downloaded from websites i.e. or from Central Public Procurement Portal 2. Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order/Bankers cheque on any scheduled bank in favour of The Cotton Corporation of India Ltd, payable at Guntur must be enclosed along with Technical Bid. Tender without EMD shall be rejected (except Micro & Small Enterprise (MSE) Units having valid certificate of NSIC). 3. Last date for submission of sealed tenders in tender box situated at The Cotton Corporation of India Ltd., Guntur on or before 3.00 PM upto Technical Bid/Financial Bid shall be opened at 3.30 P.M. on in presence of tenderer who wish to remain present. 5. Tenderer may submit their sealed tender in the tender box placed at The Cotton Corporation of India Ltd., Guntur as under: Envelope A :Technical bid shall include EMD and Technical Eligibility Criteria. Envelope B: Financial Bid shall include the price bid only. Envelope C: Envelope C should contain Envelope A & Envelope B. Note: State clearly on each envelope A, B & C, the name and address of the tenderer as above. 6. Corporation reserves its right to accept or reject any tender (s). 5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Evaluation of Technical Bid-I shall be as per technical elegibility criteria and Finacial Bids shall be opned of those tenderer who qualifies technically as per Technical Bid 2. The offer shall remain valid for a period of 45 days from the last date of opening of tenders. 3. Earnest Money deposit amounting to Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) in the form of Crossed Demand Draft/Pay Order/Bankers cheque drawn on any Scheduled Banks in favour of The Cotton Corporation of India Ltd. payable at Guntur or copy of valid NSIC registration certificate must accompany the Technical Bid-I. The EMD of the unsuccessful bidders will be refunded without any interest. The EMD of successful bidder will be refunded without any interest after satisfactory supply of mobile handsets. 4. Rates should be quoted in Indian Rupees and should be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, delivery at Branch Office Guntur. 5. The supply of Mobile Handsets as per technical specifications should be made within 4 days from the date of issue of purchase order. If Mobile Handsets are not supplied within stipulated period then Liquidity Damages will per day subject to maximum of 10%. No extension of time shall be granted except for natural calamities and other unforeseen reasons. 6. On the basis of actual requirements, the number of handsets to be supplied could vary. 7. The supplier has to provide Warranty for minimum One Year from the date of supply at the destination. 8. Tenderer should enclose self attested copies of their PAN and VAT/TIN registration. In case of Authorized Dealer/Distributor (if applicable) certificate received from Manufacturer must be enclosed. 9. The Corporation shall release 100% payment within 7 days after receipt of invoice and confirmation of successful delivery &satisfactory working of handsets at branch. 10. If the tenderer neglects or refuses for their rates quoted after submission of their tender, the EMD paid shall be forfeited. Further, if the sucessful tenderer refuse to supply or do not execute the supply order the EMD paid shall be forfeited and future business dealing would be banned for five years. 11.
