2 (2) Reserve Bank of India Zonal Training Centre 8, Council House Street, Kolkata Sealed tenders are invited from reputed and well-established Contractors/hoteliers for providing Catering services at Reserve Bank of India, Zonal Training Centre, 8, Council House Street, Kolkata , initially for a period of One year starting from March 01, 2018 and extendable for a further period of 1(one) year at the same rate at the sole discretion of the Bank, depending on the performance of the Contractor. The service provider should have valid food license. Only companies/firms having three (3) years experience in undertaking work of similar nature and providing services to banks / training establishments or other major institutions are eligible. General Manager/MoF-in-Charge, Reserve Bank of India, Zonal Training Centre reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and his/her decision will be binding on all the parties. The Tender documents can be downloaded from the website of Each Tender comprises of (i) Part I Technical Bid and (ii) Part II Commercial Bid. Sealed tenders addressed to General Manager/MoF-in-Charge, Reserve Bank of India, Zonal Training Centre, 8, Council House Street, Kolkata shall be submitted in two parts, not later than 03:00 pm on February 07, The tenders will be in two-bid system. Tender document of service providers not producing proof in respect of the conditions mentioned in the Application Format - I of Letter accompanying Technical bid will be summarily rejected. Cover - 1 shall be superscribed as Technical bid and shall contain the following: (i) Application in Format I duly filled along with documents as mentioned there in. (ii) A demand draft of amount Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand only) towards the EMD, drawn in favour of Reserve Bank of India Kolkata, payable at Kolkata. (iii) Particulars of Company/ Firm. (Annex-I) (iv) Bank(s) details (Annex-II). (v) Client s Certificate-Performance of contractor (Annex-III) (vi) Supporting document-enabled for accepting Sodexo Meal Card. Cover - 2 should be super scribed as Financial bid and should contain only the service provider s quoted rates in the enclosed Format II (Price bid) on the letterhead of the tenderer. 3 Sealed tender application shall be deposited in the Quotation Box kept in the 3rd Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Zonal Training Centre, 8, Council House Street, Kolkata within the stipulated time/ date. No tender shall be received after hours on February 07, 2018 under any circumstances. Reserve Bank of India will not be responsible for any postal delays etc. Full name, postal address, address and telephone number of the bidder shall be written on the bottom left hand corner of the sealed covers. Before submitting the tender, please go through the enclosed terms and conditions on which the job will be awarded and shall be executed by the successful tenderer. The Part- I of the tender will be opened on February 07, 2018 at 4.00 pm and Part - II of the tender will be opened only for those bidders who qualify in Part - I at a subsequent date. The information of Part II opening will be intimated telephonically and/or via . The successful service provider shall execute an agreement on a stamp paper of required value for due performance of the contract within a week. The article of agreement is made available with the tender document. Conditional tenders will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected. Tenders received after the prescribed time and date will not be considered. Tender would remain open for acceptance for 60 days from the date of opening Technical Bid (Part-I) of the tender or till the date of finalization of tender, whichever is earlier. Falsification/suppression of information shall lead to disqualification of the bidder/ cancellation of contract even after award of work during the currency of the contract. 11 (3) Eligibility Conditions and General Terms and Conditions The Reserve Bank of India, Zonal Training Centre, Kolkata intends to invite tenders from reputed Companies/ Firms running restaurant/s for providing lunch to its trainees at Zonal Training Centre premises situated at 8, Council House Street, Kolkata While deciding upon the selection of service providers, emphasis will be given on the ability and competence to provide good service. 2. The service provider should have valid food license and shall furnish certificate of registration / license for running the restaurant concerned from the Government authorities. RBI will not be liable for breach of any prevalent laws. 3. Intending applicants will have to satisfy the Bank with documentary evidence in support of their possessing required eligibility and in the event of their failure to do so the Bank reserves the right to reject their application. 4. Oil used for cooking food should be of premium brand quality. The food should be clean, fresh, nutritious and hygienic. * The mentioned amount of food is on basis of average consumption. The quantity served should not be less than the mentioned amount. * Separation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking areas shall have to be maintained. * Good quality paper napkin of sufficient quality may be provided. * Water bottles will be provided by us & served by them. 5. The Bank shall not provide any cooking facility for the service. Pre-cooked food shall be brought and served hot by the vendor. Electricity facility shall be provided by the Bank for preparing tea / starter. The uses of electricity and water should be kept at a reasonable level. 6. The food should be of cosmopolitan taste. 7. Lunch hours will be generally between hours and hours. 8. The successful bidder has to deploy sufficient staff to provide catering services to the trainees at Zonal Training Centre, Reserve Bank of India, 8 Council House Street, 3 rd Floor, Kolkata The contractor shall ensure that the workmen staff are suitable trained, well-mannered and wear appropriate uniforms while serving in the canteen. The contractor shall provide the uniform along with the hand gloves at their own cost. 10. Fine bone china crockery should be used for serving tea and lunch and will have to be provided by the successful bidder, handling risk of the crockery should be borne by the supplier.

13 11. The successful bidder or the person engaged by him will be responsible for cleaning crockery and pantry after completion of tea and lunch. Crockery and cutlery may be properly cleaned and wiped before storage. Disposal of leftover of food items and other garbages is the responsibility of the Vendor. Cleaning material will be provided by the vendor. 12. The number of plates to be served per day will vary on the attendance position of the trainees and will depend upon the training schedule of ZTC Kolkata. Although ZTC Kolkata guarantees a minimum number of 20 participants for daily service. 13. There might be occasions when no training is conducted during a particular period/ month. No payment shall be made for such period. 14. The number of plates to be served will be informed to the service provider in advance by or an indent by AM (Admin). The number of snacks packets may vary from the lunch service and requirement of snacks will be communicated in advance by or indent. 15. The Bank shall not be responsible for any injury or accident that may take place during the duty hours and will not be liable for paying compensation for injury to the person engaged in serving food. The caterer shall be fully responsible and indemnify ZTC, Kolkata for any damage/injury to its staff deployed. The caterer shall bring to the notice of the Bank the repairs and maintenance work that are required to beundertaken from time to time. The repairs of equipments on account of mishandling/ negligence of theworkmen shall be repaired by the contractor at his own cost. 16. The successful bidder has to ensure high level of satisfaction from trainees with regard to quality, quantity, hygiene and variety etc. of food supplied. 17. The service provider shall ensure uninterrupted service. In the event of poor / deficient service the Bank reserves the right to terminate forthwith the arrangement with the service provider. The service provider shall ensure supply of Tea, Snacks and water bottles in the classrooms if required. 18. The person(s) deployed by the service provider for the services mentioned above shall be the employee(s) of the service provider for all intents and purposes and that the persons so deployed shall remain under the control and supervision of the service provider and in no case, shall a relationship of the employer and employee between the said persons and RBI, Kolkata shall accrue/arise implicitly or explicitly. It will be the responsibility of the service provider to ensure that no liability on this count should devolve on RBI, Kolkata in respect of workers deployed by him/her. The service provider shall be responsible for the compliance of law relating to the employment etc. and other law as applicable for him/her towards his/her employees. 19. That in case any of the persons so deployed by the service provider does not perform his duties properly or commits misconduct or indulges in any unlawful acts or disorderly conduct, the service provider shall immediately withdraw and take suitable action against such persons. 20. The contractor must ensure that all his/her staff will leave ZTC premises within working hours of the office. 21. The service provider shall provide necessary identity proof for the purpose of proper identification of the employees of the service provider deployed for the work, he shall issue identity cards bearing their photographs / identification etc. and such employees shall display their identity cards at the time of the duty. 22. The employees of the vendor shall have no claim for any sort of benefit from the Bank. The service provider shall be liable for the payment of wages to the persons deployed by him and all other dues which they are entitled to receive under the provisions of Minimum Wages Act and other relevant statutory enactments.

The service provider shall comply with or cause to be complied with the notifications issued by Government from time to time in regard to payment of wages, wage period deductions from wages, recovery of wages not paid and deductions unathorisedly made, maintenance of wages book, wage slip, publications of scale of wages and terms of employment, inspection and submission of periodical returns to the authorities concerned. The service provider should pay the minimum wages stipulated by the Government of India, Ministry of Labour from time to time. 24. The service provider shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unlawful riot or disorderly conduct or acts of his/her employees so deployed and ensure preservation of peace and protection of persons and property of RBI, Kolkata. 25. This application form shall be signed by a person on behalf of the organisation who is duly authorised to do so. 26. Full and complete information may be provided and a separate sheet of paper duly signed, may be used if necessary. 27. Application containing false or inadequate information is liable for rejection. 28. Local representative of the service provider must be available in Kolkata at all times. 29. Validity of the tender is for one year from the date of work order provided by the Bank. 30. This contract will be initially valid for a period of one year from the date of agreement and will be considered for further extension subject to satisfactory services. 31. No escalation in rates on any account will be permitted during the contract period. Also, no subsidy will be given over the quoted rates. 32. No advance shall be paid. The service provider shall execute an agreement on a stamp paper of required value for due performance of the contract within a week of award of the work. 33. Bills for services shall have to be submitted within five days after completion of any training programme and subject to the correctness of the bill, payment will be generally made within two weeks time. 34. RBI, Kolkata will deduct tax at source and all other taxes, duties as applicable from time to time from the amount payable to the service provider. 35. During the period of agreement the contract may be terminated by the General Manager / MoF-in-Charge, RBI, ZTC Kolkata by giving one months notice. Also the contract may be extended with mutual consent of both the parties beyond the initial period of one year. 36. A demand draft of amount Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand only) towards the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) drawn in favour of Reserve Bank of India Kolkata, payable at Kolkata to be deposited in RBI, Kolkata. The EMD may be kept up to 3 months from opening of the Price bid. No interest is payable on EMD amount. After finalization of the tender, the successful bidder has to submit a performance bank guarantee of Rs. 60,000/-(Sixty thousand) from a scheduled commercial bank valid till one month after the expiry of the contract period, in favour of Reserve Bank of India Kolkata. 37. Penalty at the rate of 10% of the daily bill of food will be imposed if the foods are not supplied as per the contract in respect of shortage/quality issues for the particular day. 38. The contractor shall conduct medical examinations & required vaccination of all the staff before initial deployment. He shall arrange half yearly medical tests of his staff, at his own cost at an approved hospital. Any person found medically unfit or unsuitable shall have to be removed and suitable replacement shall have to be arranged by the caterer. Reports of Medical Checkup to be submitted in half yearly basis.

15 39. To ensure quality control, RBI Kolkata by itself or by any other agencies may conduct inspection of kitchen/facilities at any point of time. 41. The arrangements with the service providers shall stand terminated in the case of insolvency of the service provider. 42. The Service provider shall comply with the statutory provisions of Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970; Employees State Insurance Act; Workman s Compensation Act, 1923; Payment of Wages Act, 1936; The Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1952; Payment of Bonus Act 1965; The Minimum Wages Act 1948, Employees Liability Act 1938; Employment of Children Act 1938; Maternity Benefit Act / and /or any other rules/regulations and/or statutes that may be applicable to them. The service provider shall be solely responsible for any violation of provision of the above mentioned legislative enactments or any other statutory provisions and shall further keep the RBI, Kolkata indemnified from all acts of omission, fault, breaches and / or any claim, demand, loss, injury and expense arising out from the non-compliance of the aforesaid statutory provisions. Service provider s failure to fulfill any of the obligations hereunder and / or under the said Acts, rules/ regulations/ or any bye-laws or rules framed under or any of these, the RBI, Kolkata shall be entitled to recover any of such losses or expenses, which it may have to suffer or incur on account of such claims, demand, loss or injury, from the service provider. 43. In the event of the service provider committing a default or breach of any of the provisions of the Labour Laws including the provisions of Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 as amended from time to time or in furnishing any information, or submitting or filing any statement under the provisions of the said regulations and rules which is materially incorrect, he shall without prejudice to any other liability, pay to the Regional Director of the RBI, Kolkata a sum as may be claimed by RBI, Kolkata. 44. The service provider shall keep the RBI, Kolkata indemnified against all claims whatsoever in respect of the employees deployed by him/her. In case any employee of the service provider so deployed enters into dispute of any nature whatsoever, it will be the primary responsibility of the service provider to contest the same. In case RBI, Kolkata is made party and is supposed to contest the case, the RBI, Kolkata will be reimbursed for the actual expenses incurred towards Counsel Fee and other expenses, which shall be paid in advance by the service provider to RBI, Kolkata on demand. Further the service provider shall ensure that no financial or any other liability comes on RBI, Kolkata in this respect of any nature whatsoever and shall keep RBI, Kolkata indemnified in this respect. 45. In the event of any question, dispute/difference arising under the agreement or in connection herewith (except as to matters the decision of which is specially provided under the agreement) the same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator appointed by the Regional Director, RBI, Kolkata or his/her nominee. 46. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. In the event of such arbitrator to whom the matter is originally referred is being transferred or vacating his/her office or resigning or refusing to work or neglecting his/her work or being unable to act for any reason whatsoever the Regional Director, RBI, Kolkata shall appoint another person to act as arbitrator in place of the out-going arbitrator in accordance with the terms of the agreement and the persons so appointed shall be entitled to proceed with the reference from the stage at which it was left by his/her predecessor. 47. Subject to the provisions of the Arbitrator and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the rules made hereunder and any modification thereof from time to time being in force shall be deemed to apply to the arbitration proceedings under this clause. 48. The vendor shall provide facility for officers and staffs of ZTC to avail of lunch facility by payment of applicable Sodexo coupons.

16 (1) Article of Agreement We are pleased to award you the contract of providing lunch at Reserve Bank of India, Zonal Training Centre, 8 Council House Street, Kolkata from to. 1- ARTICLE OF AGREEMENT: Made this day of the year 2018 between the Reserve Bank of India acting through the General Manager, Zonal Training Centre, Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata office herein after called the Bank on one part and M/S ABC organization (name of the service provider), herein called the Caterer. 2- WHERE AS the Caterer has agreed with the Bank for the services of providing lunch at Reserve Bank of India, Zonal Training Centre as set forth in the schedule annexed upon and conditions of the contract. 3- In considerations of the payments to be made by the Bank, the Caterer shall duly perform the said works in the said schedule said forth and shall execute the same with great promptness, care and accuracy in a workman like manner to the satisfaction of the Bank and will complete the same in accordance with the said conditions of the contract drawn herein and fulfill and keep all the Terms & Conditions herein mentioned (which shall be deemed to be taken as part of this contract as if the same had been fully set forth herein) and the Bank hereby agree that if contractor shall duly perform the said works in the manner of aforesaid and observe and keep the same terms & conditions the Bank will pay or cause to be paid to the contractor for the services said works on the final completion thereof the amount due in respect thereof at the rates specified in the schedule here to annexed. Oil used for cooking food should be of premium brand quality. The food should be clean, fresh, nutritious and hygienic. * The mentioned amount of food is on basis of average consumption. The quantity served should not be less than the mentioned amount. * Separation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking areas shall have to be maintained. * Good quality paper napkin of sufficient quality may be provided. * Water bottles will be provided by us & served by them. 5. The Bank shall not provide any cooking facility for the service. Pre-cooked food shall be brought and served hot by the vendor. Electricity facility shall be provided by the Bank for preparing tea / starter. The uses of electricity and water should be kept at a reasonable level. 6. The food should be of cosmopolitan taste. 7. Lunch hours will be generally between hours and hours. 8. The successful bidder has to deploy sufficient staff to provide catering services to the trainees at Zonal Training Centre, Reserve Bank of India, 8 Council House Street, 3 rd Floor, Kolkata The contractor shall ensure that the workmen staff are suitable trained, well-mannered and wear appropriate uniforms while serving in the canteen. The contractor shall provide the uniform along with the hand gloves at their own cost. 10. Fine bone china crockery should be used for serving tea and lunch and will have to be provided by the successful bidder, handling risk of the crockery should be borne by the supplier.

19 11. The successful bidder or the person engaged by him will be responsible for cleaning crockery and pantry after completion of tea and lunch. Crockery and cutlery may be properly cleaned and wiped before storage. Disposal of leftover of food items and other garbages is the responsibility of the Vendor. Cleaning material will be provided by the vendor. 12. The number of plates to be served per day will vary on the attendance position of the trainees and will depend upon the training schedule of ZTC Kolkata. Although ZTC Kolkata guarantees a minimum number of 20 participants for daily service. 13. There might be occasions when no training is conducted during a particular period/ month. No payment shall be made for such period. 14. The number of plates to be served will be informed to the service provider in advance by or an indent by AM (Admin). The number of snacks packets may vary from the lunch service and requirement of snacks will be communicated in advance by or indent. 15. The Bank shall not be responsible for any injury or accident that may take place during the duty hours and will not be liable for paying compensation for injury to the person engaged in serving food. The caterer shall be fully responsible and indemnify ZTC, Kolkata for any damage/injury to its staff deployed. The caterer shall bring to the notice of the Bank the repairs and maintenance work that are required to beundertaken from time to time. The repairs of equipments on account of mishandling/ negligence of theworkmen shall be repaired by the contractor at his own cost. 16. The successful bidder has to ensure high level of satisfaction from trainees with regard to quality, quantity, hygiene and variety etc. of food supplied. 17. The service provider shall ensure uninterrupted service. In the event of poor / deficient service the Bank reserves the right to terminate forthwith the arrangement with the service provider. The service provider shall ensure supply of Tea, Snacks and water bottles in the classrooms if required. 18. The person(s) deployed by the service provider for the services mentioned above shall be the employee(s) of the service provider for all intents and purposes and that the persons so deployed shall remain under the control and supervision of the service provider and in no case, shall a relationship of the employer and employee between the said persons and RBI, Kolkata shall accrue/arise implicitly or explicitly. It will be the responsibility of the service provider to ensure that no liability on this count should devolve on RBI, Kolkata in respect of workers deployed by him/her. The service provider shall be responsible for the compliance of law relating to the employment etc. and other law as applicable for him/her towards his/her employees. 19. That in case any of the persons so deployed by the service provider does not perform his duties properly or commits misconduct or indulges in any unlawful acts or disorderly conduct, the service provider shall immediately withdraw and take suitable action against such persons. 20. The contractor must ensure that all his/her staff will leave ZTC premises within working hours of the office. 21. The service provider shall provide necessary identity proof for the purpose of proper identification of the employees of the service provider deployed for the work, he shall issue identity cards bearing their photographs / identification etc. and such employees shall display their identity cards at the time of the duty. 22. The employees of the vendor shall have no claim for any sort of benefit from the Bank. The service provider shall be liable for the payment of wages to the persons deployed by him and all other dues which they are entitled to receive under the provisions of Minimum Wages Act and other relevant statutory enactments.

20 23. The service provider shall comply with or cause to be complied with the notifications issued by Government from time to time in regard to payment of wages, wage period deductions from wages, recovery of wages not paid and deductions unathorisedly made, maintenance of wages book, wage slip, publications of scale of wages and terms of employment, inspection and submission of periodical returns to the authorities concerned. The service provider should pay the minimum wages stipulated by the Government of India, Ministry of Labour from time to time. 24. The service provider shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unlawful riot or disorderly conduct or acts of his/her employees so deployed and ensure preservation of peace and protection of persons and property of RBI, Kolkata. 25. This application form shall be signed by a person on behalf of the organisation who is duly authorised to do so. 26. Full and complete information may be provided and a separate sheet of paper duly signed, may be used if necessary. 27. Application containing false or inadequate information is liable for rejection. 28. Local representative of the service provider must be available in Kolkata at all times. 29. Validity of the tender is for one year from the date of work order provided by the Bank. 30. This contract will be initially valid for a period of one year from the date of agreement and will be considered for further extension subject to satisfactory services. 31. No escalation in rates on any account will be permitted during the contract period. Also, no subsidy will be given over the quoted rates. 32. No advance shall be paid. The service provider shall execute an agreement on a stamp paper of required value for due performance of the contract within a week of award of the work. 33. Bills for services shall have to be submitted within five days after completion of any training programme and subject to the correctness of the bill, payment will be generally made within two weeks time. 34. RBI, Kolkata will deduct tax at source and all other taxes, duties as applicable from time to time from the amount payable to the service provider. 35. During the period of agreement the contract may be terminated by the General Manager / MoF-in-Charge, RBI, ZTC Kolkata by giving one months notice. Also the contract may be extended with mutual consent of both the parties beyond the initial period of one year. 36. The bidder has to submit a performance bank guarantee of Rs. 60,000/-(Sixty thousand) from a scheduled commercial bank valid till one month after the expiry of the contract period, in favour of Reserve Bank of India Kolkata. 37. Penalty at the rate of 10% of the daily bill of food will be imposed if the foods are not supplied as per the contract in respect of shortage/quality issues for the particular day. 38. The Vendor shall conduct medical examinations & required vaccination of all the staff before initial deployment. He shall arrange half yearly medical tests of his staff, at his own cost at an approved hospital. Any person found medically unfit or unsuitable shall have to be removed and suitable replacement shall have to be arranged by the caterer. Reports of Medical Checkup to be submitted in half yearly basis.

21 39. To ensure quality control, RBI Kolkata by itself or by any other agencies may conduct inspection of kitchen/facilities at any point of time. 41. The arrangements with the service providers shall stand terminated in the case of insolvency of the service provider. 42. The Service provider shall comply with the statutory provisions of Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970; Employees State Insurance Act; Workman s Compensation Act, 1923; Payment of Wages Act, 1936; The Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1952; Payment of Bonus Act 1965; The Minimum Wages Act 1948, Employees Liability Act 1938; Employment of Children Act 1938; Maternity Benefit Act / and /or any other rules/regulations and/or statutes that may be applicable to them. The service provider shall be solely responsible for any violation of provision of the above mentioned legislative enactments or any other statutory provisions and shall further keep the RBI, Kolkata indemnified from all acts of omission, fault, breaches and / or any claim, demand, loss, injury and expense arising out from the non-compliance of the aforesaid statutory provisions. Service provider s failure to fulfill any of the obligations hereunder and / or under the said Acts, rules/ regulations/ or any bye-laws or rules framed under or any of these, the RBI, Kolkata shall be entitled to recover any of such losses or expenses, which it may have to suffer or incur on account of such claims, demand, loss or injury, from the service provider. 43. In the event of the service provider committing a default or breach of any of the provisions of the Labour Laws including the provisions of Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 as amended from time to time or in furnishing any information, or submitting or filing any statement under the provisions of the said regulations and rules which is materially incorrect, he shall without prejudice to any other liability, pay to the Regional Director of the RBI, Kolkata a sum as may be claimed by RBI, Kolkata. 44. The service provider shall keep the RBI, Kolkata indemnified against all claims whatsoever in respect of the employees deployed by him/her. In case any employee of the service provider so deployed enters into dispute of any nature whatsoever, it will be the primary responsibility of the service provider to contest the same. In case RBI, Kolkata is made party and is supposed to contest the case, the RBI, Kolkata will be reimbursed for the actual expenses incurred towards Counsel Fee and other expenses, which shall be paid in advance by the service provider to RBI, Kolkata on demand. Further the service provider shall ensure that no financial or any other liability comes on RBI, Kolkata in this respect of any nature whatsoever and shall keep RBI, Kolkata indemnified in this respect. 45. In the event of any question, dispute/difference arising under the agreement or in connection herewith (except as to matters the decision of which is specially provided under the agreement) the same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator appointed by the Regional Director, RBI, Kolkata or his/her nominee. 46. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. In the event of such arbitrator to whom the matter is originally referred is being transferred or vacating his/her office or resigning or refusing to work or neglecting his/her work or being unable to act for any reason whatsoever the Regional Director, RBI, Kolkata shall appoint another person to act as arbitrator in place of the out-going arbitrator in accordance with the terms of the agreement and the persons so appointed shall be entitled to proceed with the reference from the stage at which it was left by his/her predecessor.

22 47. Subject to the provisions of the Arbitrator and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the rules made hereunder and any modification thereof from time to time being in force shall be deemed to apply to the arbitration proceedings under this clause. 48. The vendor shall provide facility for officers and staffs of ZTC to avail of lunch facility by payment of applicable Sodexo coupons.
