T. Clearance Certificate for the Assessment Year and PAN Card for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 41 nos. of silent types Diesel Generator Set (inclusive of spare parts etc.) of following make and model (No. of 5 KVA DG Set - 40 and No. of 10 KVA DG Set - 1) installed at 41 Court Complexes of the State (List of the Court Complexes given at Annexure - I) under e-courts Project for one year. The Quotationers must submit their locations of Service Centres with technical manpower strength therein alongwith the tender documents. The quotations not accompanied with the Odisha VAT Registration Certificate, Odisha VAT Clearance Certificate, PAN Card and I. T. Clearance Certificate for the Assessment Year shall be rejected. The bidders should mention their name and address on the sealed cover. The sealed Quotation must contain the following documents. J. Tender Cost of n,ooo/- (non-refundable) in shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of "The Registrar (Judicial), Orissa High Court, Cuttack" from any Nationalized Bank. 11. Demand Draft of~20,ooo/- from any Nationalized Bank towards EMD 111. Copy of Odisha VAT Registration Certificate IV. Copy of latest Odisha VAT Clearance Certificate v. Copy of PAN Card VI. Copy of I. 3 Price Quotation: The Price quotation must be submitted as per the Annexure-II. The net quoted price inclusive of all taxes should be both in figures and words. Hard copy should be signed and sealed as per Annexure-II. EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (EMD) I. no,ooo/- should be paid as EMD in the form of Demand Draft from a Nationalised Bank located in India, drawn in favour of "The Registrar (Judicial), Orissa High Court, Cuttack" payable at Cuttack. 11. The bidder should write the organization name at the back side of the DD. Ill. Bids without EMD will be rejected. IV. No exemption from submission ofemd is allowed. V. EMD shall not carry any interest. VI. EMDs of unsuccessful successful bidder. bidders will be refunded after placing of work order to the VII.
