4 TENDER DOCUMENT / SCHEDULE FOR DISPOSAL OF VEHICLE REGISTRATION NO. OR-02-G-6952 (AMBASSADOR CAR) 1. Sealed tender(s) upper scribing disposal of vehicle no OR-02-G-6952 must be submitted in prescribed forma (attached herewith). 2. The details tender documents can be had on payment of Rs. 500/-(Rupees five hundred only) in the Office of the Chief Executive, OREDA, S-59, Mancheswar Industrial Estate, Bhubaneswar-10 in cash or in shape of Demand Draft in favour of Chief Executive, OREDA on working day up to dt up to 1 pm. Down loaded tender document must have the MR / BD in favour of the Chief Executive, OREDA for the said amount failing which the tender will be summarily rejected. 3. The sealed tender must reach by 3.00 P.M on Dt The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30 P.M in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives, if any. 4. Copy of OREDA Money Receipt showing proof deposit of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only ) towards cost of tender paper should accompany the tenders. 5. Tenderers are required to give their rates both in figures and words so that in case of confusion, the offer given in words would be considered as final. 6. Tenders received after closing date and time will not be considered. 7. Conditional tenders are not acceptable. 8. Any clarifications on the tender can be obtained from the Deputy Director (Technical), Technical, OREDA on personal contact or through correspondences. 9. The tenderers are to sign each page of the tender document as a token of acceptance of all terms and conditions. 10. In the event of any dispute or difference of opinion between bidders and Deputy Director (Tech.), Technical, OREDA arising on any issue of the tender, the same shall be referred to the sole arbitration of the Chief Executive, OREDA. All hearings of arbitration shall be subject to Bhubaneswar Jurisdiction only. 11. Intending bidders can inspect the car bearing No. OR-02-G-6952 (AMBASSADAR CAR) on any working day in the premises of OREDA, Mancheswar Industrial Estate, Bhubaneswar-10 before offering their rates. 12. An E.M.D. for Rs.5, 000/- (Five thousand only) may be deposited with the tender in shape of cash (Original MR) or Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank in favour of Chief Executive, OREDA. Tender without the E.M.D will not be entertained. For unsuccessful bidders the EMD will be returned without interest. 13. Successful bidder must be able to deposit 50 % of the quoted value (minus the EMD amount convertible) along with taxes as applicable within 7-days of receipt of intimation from OREDA and balance 50% of the value must be deposited within a fortnight. Failing this, the EMD of the successful tenderer will be forfeited & the next successful bidder will be asked to lift the vehicle on the above terms and conditions.

The vehicle may be lifted within a week days time from OREDA premises after due payments or else ground one percent of the tendered / negotiated amount per day per vehicle will be charged beyond the allowed time. 15. When the ground rent so charged exceeds the sale price deposited, the tenderer / bidder shall cease to have any right on the vehicle(s). The amount deposited shall be adjusted towards the ground rent & the vehicle shall become absolute property of this Agency free from all encumbrances & disposed of by fresh sealed tender as the case may be. 16. The vehicle shall not be delivered to tenderer / party until after full payment & compliance with the requisite formalities. Tools, implements & spare not be delivered with the vehicle(s). 17.
