Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports requires Statuettes, Medal & Trophies 2018 for Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award, Arjuna Awards, Dronacharya Awards, Dhyanchand Awards, Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Award, Rashtriya Khel Protshan Puruskar and Maualan Abul Kalam Azad (MAKA) Trophy for the year 2018, which will be given to awardees by the President of India. Quotations are invited for supplying Statuettes, Medals & Trophies for National Sports 2. Awards and Adventure 2018 on following terms & conditions :Terms & Conditions The firms should have 2 (Two) years of experience of supplying of Statuettes, Medal & Trophies in any Government Organization/Autonomous bodies/psus. Photographs of designs of Statuettes, Medals & Trophies are enclosed. Bidders can also come and see the designs of Statuettes, Medals & Trophies before the date of submission of bid. (iii) The complete work should be perfect to the requirement and satisfaction of the Ministry and the quality should be maintained. (iv) Tender contract would be awarded to that firm whose has the lowest financial bid. (v) No denial will be accepted from the firm after the contract is awarded to the firm. In case of such denial earnest money will be forfeited and the name of firm will be blacklisted. (vi) Tenders incomplete in any respect are liable to be rejected without assigning any reason thereof. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or in part thereof without assigning/specifying any reasons thereof. There shall be no obligation on the part of the Ministry to inform the unsuccessful tenderer of the outcome of the tender process. (vii) For all disputes involving Ministry with regard to this work, the jurisdiction of the Courts will be Delhi.

2 (viii) Bids shall be submitted online only at CPPP website: Bidders/Contractors are advised to follow the instructions provided in the Instructions to the Contractors/Bidders for the e-submission of the bids online through the Central Public Procurement Portal for e-procurement at (ix) (x) Intending bidders are advised to visit again Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports website and CPPP website at least 3 days prior to closing date of submission of tender for any corrigendum / addendum/ amendment. All the pages of Technical bid being submitted must be sequentially numbered by the bidder irrespective of nature of content of the documents before uploading. Manual bids will not be accepted. The offers submitted by Telegram/Fax/ shall not be considered. No correspondence will be entertained in this matter. A scanned copy of the EMD will also be uploaded with the technical bid. The financial bids are to be submitted in the prescribed BoQ online at eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app. 3. The quotation should be submitted in one sealed cover and tender should be submitted in two separate sealed cover/envelop in two parts :- One sealed cover/envelop should be submitted for Technical Bid (as per Annexure-I) and super scribed Technical Bid for supply of Statuettes, Medals and Trophies for National Sports Awards and Adventure 2018 and it should contain all technical details such as EMD, copy of Income tax return filed (A.Y ), experience certificate, balance sheet and GST Registration certificate. Second sealed cover/envelop should be submitted for Financial Bid (as per Annexure-II) and it should be super scribed Financial Bid for supply of Statuettes, Medals and Trophies for National Sports Awards and Adventure Technical Bid :- Earnest money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in the form of Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, PAO (Sports) issued by any nationalized bank payable at Delhi. Name and address should be written on the reverse side of the DD/Bankers cheque. DD/Bankers Cheque should be kept in the separate envelop attached with technical bid. EMD will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders within 15 days from the date of issue of work order to the successful tenderer and no interest would be paid thereon. EMD of the successful tendrer will be released only after the supply of items and no interest will be paid for EMD. (iii) Documents required for Technical Bid :- (a) Earnest Money (b) Self-attested copy of the PAN card (c) Income Tax Return filed for the last financial year (i.e. A.Y ) (d) Copies of audit balance sheet for the last two years ( & ) (e) Experience Certificate (f) Goods and Service Tax Registration Certificate

3 Financial Bid:- (iii) Financial Bids of only those contractors will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representative, who are found eligible in Technical Bid. The date will be finalized for opening of financial bids after evaluation of Technical bid. For this, information will be provided to qualified bidders over telephone/ . No figure or word should be overwritten. Overwritten/incorrect figures or words should be scored off and re-written under full signature of the bidders. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all cost and taxes. Only the Grand Total of all items taken together will be considered while awarding the contract. 4. The last date of Submission of the tender is 16 th August, 2018 at 3:00 PM. The technical bid will be opened on 17 th August, 2018 at 4:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representative, who may desire be present at that time. Those who do not fulfill the conditions, quotation will be rejected at any time. 5. If the work of the contractor is found unsatisfactory, contract can be terminated by the Ministry at any time without assigning any reasons/notice.
