The bidder should be a company incpated under the Companies Act, 1956/2013 ownership/ partnership firm registered under Indian Partnership Act, 1932/LLP under the LLP Act, The bidder should have mined at least 05 lac (Five Lac) metric ton of the following minerals during the preceding 5 years anywhere in India:- Bauxite,Iron e, Coal, Lime Stone, Dolomite, Manganese, Rock Phosphate. The bidder should have its own plant f the manufacturing of / Calcinations. The bidder should have signed an MoU f putting plant in any State f the manufacturing of alumina/ aluminum/ Calcinations.
