You will use ARSConnects to access the following information: Company Announcements Training Materials HR and Payroll Forms Pay Detail Statements To login to ARSConnects for the first time: 1) Go to 2) Enter your Login ID (EID) and your password (the last 4 digits of your social security number) to access the site. When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to create your own personalized password. TRAINING DOCUMENTS FOR ASSEMBLERS (both in-home and in-store) AS WELL AS LOWE'S SERVICE AND OFFICE DEPOT SERVICE EMPLOYEES CAN BE FOUND ON ARSCONNECTS UNDER THE TRAINING>TRAINING FORMS SECTION!

2 Viewing Your Paycheck Stub Your paycheck stub shows both your gross and net pay. Deductions, per diems and expense reimbursements are also listed. You are able to view and print your paycheck stubs online from any computer through the ADP self-service website. To ensure your privacy is protected and you are the only one with access to your personal information, you must register with ADP to access their site to view your pay stubs. When you register, you will set up a user ID and password to use to access the system ongoing. To register with ADP to access your pay stubs: Go to the website at: Click on First Time Users Register Here Click on the Register Now button 1) Enter your Registration Pass Code. The Registration Pass Code is APOLLORTL-ADPNET 2) Verify your identity by entering your full legal name and social security number. 3) Enter your contact information 4) Enter your security information Important: The security questions and answers will be used if you forget your login information so make sure you pick questions that you will remember.

3 5) View your User ID and create a password Make note of your user ID and password and keep them in a safe place. You will need them to log into ADP Self-Service. 6) Confirmation You will get a success message once you have completed the registration. You can then proceed to log into the ADP Portal immediately or close and log in at a later time. To access the system after you have registered, go to and click User Login to enter your User ID and Password. Viewing Your Pay Detail Statement Your pay detail statement is a breakdown of your pay for the pay period. Typical items included on the pay detail statement are individual work orders, mileage reimbursement (where applicable), per diems (where applicable), training pay, etc. Your pay detail statement shows only your gross pay; it does not include the taxes or deductions taken from your check. To access your pay detail statement: - Log into ARSConnects ( - Select the Payroll Option - Select the Statement Option - Select the Pay Day from the Drop Down - Click View

4 Your statement will open up in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You must have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view your pay detail statement. Benefits All field employees are eligible for the CHC Limited Reimbursement Medical and/or Dental/Vision Plan on the 1 st day of the month following 30 days of employment. New employees have 30 days from their eligibility date to enroll in the plan. If you do not enroll in the plan when first eligible, you must wait until the next open enrollment period unless you experience a qualifying event. Additional enrollment information will be sent to your company address after you have completed 30 days of employment. 401(k) All employees over 21 years of age of are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan. You will become eligible on the 1 st day of the month after completing 6 months of employment. The company will make a matching contribution equal to 25% of your elective deferrals up to 4%. For example, if you contribute 4% of your eligible earnings to the Plan as an Elective Deferral, the Company will contribute 25% of your Elective Deferral or 1% of your eligible earnings.
