15 Process Timeline July 31 Notices mailed to ALL property owners of public hearing Publication of public hearing notices August 27 Public hearing at City Council: 1) Adopt Annual Resolution for Stormwater Service Assessment 2) Adopt Final Resolution for Stormwater Improvement Assessment 3) Adopt Resolution of Notice of Intent to Use Uniform Method of Collection September 3 Continued public hearing, if necessary 15 Deadline that Service Assessment roll MUST be certified to Tax Collector By December 31 August 2016 Provide Notice of Intent to Tax Collector Public hearing to Adopt Annual Service Assessment Resolution and Certify roll for Improvement Assessment 15
