45 Acquisition Process for Residential Properties 5) If appraised value meets the NSP guideline (appraised market value MUST BE AT LEAST 1% or greater than contract purchase price), due diligence is performed (environmental audit, survey, title insurance, etc.) and County proceeds to closing.
