The event base will be the Hanbury Manor Hotel. Set in 200 acres of parkland and located thirty miles south of the university town of Cambridge, this five-star Jacobean-style hotel has a wealth of amenities including a Spa and a Jack Nicklaus II designed golf course. Nearby, the World famous Henry Moore Foundation is only a fifteen minute drive away. The inscription is limited to 125 cars only

2 Outline Itinerary Thursday, 3rd May Hanbury Manor Guest welcome and check-in from 2pm. Drinks and dinner to take place from 7pm at the hotel. Briefing, event instructions and a warm welcome to all our European/Overseas visitors Friday, 4th May (day) Hedingham Castle Participants will enjoy a winding drive on country roads through quintessential English villages to spend a day at the nine hundred years old Hedingham Castle. Hosted by the charming Lindsay family, descendants of the original owners, the De Veres, you will see jousting, archery, falconry and medieval combat but nowhere near the 356s! Friday, 4th May (evening) Hatfield House In the evening members will dine at Hatfield House, a venue of real historical interest where Queen Elizabeth I spent her childhood. Hatfield House is the home of the 7th Marquess and Marchioness of Salisbury and their family. With stunning examples of Jacobean craftsmanship throughout the house and a number of gardens and attractions to explore there is something for everyone. Saturday, 5th May (day) Local airfield or Cambridge Driving activities at a local aerodrome or a walking tour of Cambridge. Saturday, 5th May (evening) Duxford, Imperial War Museum A Gala and Awards Dinner under the wings of Concorde at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford. AirSpace is a stunning exhibition, telling the story of British and Commonwealth aviation from the earliest pioneers to the latest contemporary technology. Containing over 30 evocative aircraft, including the iconic Lancaster, Spitfire and Concorde. Sunday, 6th May (AM) Brunch and departure

3 Qualification for Participants: The 43 rd 356 International Meeting 2018 Conditions of Participation The meeting is open to owners of Porsche 356 production cars built up to 1965 and Porsche sports racing cars built prior to 1964 UK owners must be a current member of Porsche Club Great Britain The maximum entry is limited to 125 cars The event is being organised by Porsche Club Great Britain Participation is limited and will be accepted on a first come first served basis Participants will be allocated a start number only when payment in full has been received by the organisers By submitting the application form every driver confirms being the holder of a valid driving licence, valid insurance and the owner of a legally registered and road-worthy car Participants undertake to observe the traffic rules and regulations of the United Kingdom Liability: All participants take part in the event at their own risk and are themselves responsible for the safety of their own vehicle The participants shall bear the sole responsibility under civil and criminal law for any and all damage they or their vehicles should cause During the meeting guarded parking facilities have been reserved for event participation, however, Porsche Club Great Britain accepts no responsibility for the safekeeping of your vehicle The event fee will only be refunded if the entry is not accepted or the event as a whole is cancelled The organisers reserve the right to change the programme of events if deemed necessary

4 Payment The event fee is 1500 per car based on two people sharing a standard double room. The event fee covers all activities and meals covered in the programme of events plus three nights accommodation at the Hanbury Manor Hotel from Thursday, 3 rd May to Saturday 5 th May Payment schedule: In order to comply with the terms of our contract with Hanbury Manor we are obliged to request the payment of a confirmation deposit. To secure your place on the event the organisers request a deposit payment of 750 per car. Deposits are non-refundable if the allocated place is not taken up For those who choose the pay the initial deposit, the outstanding balance will be due for payment before 1 st February 2018.

5 Payment Terms and Conditions The following terms will apply to your application and by filling in and submitting your form you agree to be subject to them. 1. All participants take part entirely at their own risk and will take out adequate personal, travel, cancellation and (if necessary) car breakdown insurance. 2. The costs indicated cover the itinerary as shown. 3. The deposit when banked will reserve a place. 4. You agree to settle the final invoice promptly on presentation. This will confirm your place(s). 5. If you cancel you may receive a refund, at the discretion of the organiser, as follows a. 50% of the deposit provided the cancellation is before 1 st October 2017 and a suitable alternative member can be found to take the place and who confirms and pays the same price. The organiser may assist with this but is not responsible for finding the substitute member or partner. b. After 1 st October 2017 any refund is at the discretion of the organiser. c. At any time up to the 1 st April 2018 you may change the name of your partner. After that date any acceptance of a name change is at the discretion of the organiser 6. The applicant must be a paid up member of Porsche Club upon application and during the event period. 7. You may bring a partner who is not a member provided he/she is over the age of The organiser will undertake to make all reasonable efforts to keep to the planned schedule of the event. 9. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme for reasons of force majeure, conditions imposed by authorities or if there are an insufficient number of participants, and the applicant agrees to accept any reasonable changes. 10. Participants agree to accept and adhere to the rules governing the event and in particular any instructions from the organiser and/or Porsche personnel in relation to safety and security at any of their sites.
