During your trip, you will meet winemakers who will share their passion with you. You will taste a selection of different wines from this beautiful and sunny region. You will learn how the wine is made and how to taste it. You will also enjoy wine with good food and cheese. Moreover, you will see wonderful landscapes and discover the charming Aix-en-Provence, the ancient capital of Provence.

After lunch, you will visit 2 wineries located at the bottom of the Mount Sainte- Victoire, made famous by the painter Paul Cézanne. You will have the chance to enjoy and savour tasty wines.

4 Day 2 In the morning, you will first visit the food market and have a walking tour of Aix-en-Provence. In Provence, wine is made with different varieties of grapes. Blending wine is an art so be an artist for half a day! You will learn how to make a harmonious assemblage in blending several varietals of wine. In the afternoon, you will visit another winery and taste some wines. Day 3 You will visit 2 wineries. As usual, you will benefit from wine tastings. In the afternoon, you will learn how to pair cheese & wine during a fascinating and exciting workshop.

5 Day 4 In the morning, you will visit the wine and vineyard museum in a winery in Luberon, one of the most beautiful and well known destination of Provence. You will have a final tasting there. Before departure you will be free to explore Aix-en-Provence and do more shopping in the elegant shops of the town!

6 Price 849 per person based on double occupancy Single supplement : 75 For British citizens, entry into France requires that your passport be valid for at least three months beyond your intented date of departure. For any other passport, please contact us if you need information about entry requirements. You will stay in a 3* hotel or in a 2* aparthotel. Accommodation is in a twin or double room. A third person sharing a room has an extra bed placed in a double/twin room. All rooms are en-suite with TV. Each tour requires a minimum 6 persons and 12 persons maximum.

7 Financial protection Libertravel is a member of the Travel Trust Association. Our membership number is Q4213. The Travel Trust Association is a travel trade association which exists in order to guarantee 100% financial protection to you, the customer. This means that every penny that you pay to us is protected by the TTA. Your money remains in the Trust Account and is supervised by an appointed Trustee who is either a banker, chartered or certified accountant or a solicitor. Both the Travel Trust Association members AND the Trustee are required to authorise payments from the Trust Account. In addition to being held in trust, you also have a financial guarantee from the Travel Trust Association. TTA will guarantee the financial obligation of its Members up to a maximum any one passenger of 11,000. So if you paid 2,000 we guarantee we will reimburse the loss of the 2,000, where it is not available for you from the Trust Account. Therefore, the Trust Account plus the guarantee will ensure that all the money which you have paid is safely protected and available to reimburse the money paid. 8 BOOKING CONDITIONS Your contract is made with Libertravel Ltd., registered in England and Wales (registration number: ). All flights including flights sold by Libertravel are ATOL protected. The Libertravel ATOL number is T7588. Libertravel is a member of the Travel Trust Association, membership number Q4213. All funds paid to Libertravel are held in Libertravel s Trust Account; all bookings made with Libertravel Ltd. are financially protected under the relevant supplier s customer protection bonds. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the Travel Trust Association will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advanced booking. For further information visit this page or the Travel Trust Association website at Terms and Conditions 1 Your Holiday Contract When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by English Law, and the jurisdiction of the English courts. You may, however, choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you wish to do so. 2 Your Financial Protection The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 require us to provide security for the monies that you pay for the package holidays booked with us and for your repatriation in the event of our insolvency. We provide this security by way of a Trust Account with the Travel Trust Association under membership number Q4213. All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. 3 The Travel Trust Association Libertravel ltd. is a member of the Travel Trust Association, membership number Q4213. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by the Travel Trust Association s Code of Conduct, which has been approved by the Office of Fair Trading. Further information on the Travel Trust Association can be found at 4 Your Holiday Price You will be advised of the price of the holiday that you wish to book before your contract is confirmed. When you make a booking you must pay a deposit (the amount of the deposit varies according to the holiday price; you will be advised at the time of booking of the relevant amount). Any amounts required to be paid by way of deposits will be considered as non-refundable deposits. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 8 weeks before your departure date. If the balance is not paid in time we shall retain your deposits. Following the issue of our confirmation invoice, any increase in your holiday price will be as a result of changes in our costs of providing your holiday resulting from: a) government action such as increases in VAT or any other government-imposed increases. b) currency fluctuations. In the unlikely event that the increase is more than 10% of the price of your travel arrangements, you may cancel your travel arrangements and receive a full refund of all monies paid, except for any premium paid to us for holiday insurance. Should you decide to cancel for this reason, you must exercise your right to do so within 14 days from the issue date printed on your final invoice. Whether you cancel or not you will also be entitled, on the terms set out in respect of major changes in paragraph 7 below, to accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements from us if we are able to do so. 5 If You Change Your Booking If, after the confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any requests for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. 6 If You Cancel Your Holiday If you wish to cancel or transfer your booking for any reason other than for there being additional charges (see clause 4) or alterations to arrangements (see clause 7 below) you may do so providing that you give us written notice of cancellation which must be signed by the person who made the booking. Cancellation is effective from the date upon which we receive the written notice. If we receive the notice of cancellation or transfer up to 56 days before the departure date you merely forfeit your deposit. After that date you will additionally be liable for the following cancellation or transfer charges based on the time we receive your written notice: 1 a) Less than 56 days but more than 42 days before departure date: 35% of the total price of your holiday. 2 b) Less than 43 days but more than 14 days before departure date: 55% of the total price of your holiday. 3 c) Less than 15 days but more than 3 days before departure date: 80% of the total price of your holiday. 4 d) Less than 4 days before departure date: 100% of the total price of your holiday.

9 In the event of the non-refundable deposits exceeding the amount of any cancellation charge computed on the basis of sub-paragraphs a) to c) above, we are entitled to retain such deposits (clause 4). If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. You are advised to ensure that your policy has sufficient financial protection to cover you in the event of cancellation. 7 If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday The Itinerary might be modified according to airline schedule, adverse weather or other reasons. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements, but these arrangements are usually booked months in advance, and occasionally we have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements. However, we will not cancel your travel arrangements after the date when the balance of the price becomes due except for reasons of force majeure or failure by you to pay the final balance. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us, if available (we will refund the difference in price if the alternative is of a lower value). If we make a major change to your holiday, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure. You will have the choice of either accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us if available, or cancelling the booked holiday and receiving a full refund of all monies paid. In all cases, except where the major change arises due to reasons of force majeure, we will pay compensation as detailed below: Within 14 days 100 per person Within 21 days 50 per person Within 56 days 25 per person The compensation we offer does not exclude you from claiming more if you feel you are entitled to do so. Force Majeure: we will not pay compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, pandemic illness, fire, adverse weather conditions. 8 If You Have A Complaint If you have a problem during your holiday, please immediately inform our representative who will try address the problem. Should a problem not be resolved satisfactorily, you may call our Emergency Telephone number that will be given to you before your departure. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. It is strongly suggested that you communicate any complaint to the supplier of the services in question as well as to our representative, and not await your return home before advising Libertravel of your complaint. If you fail to follow this simple procedure we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint whilst you were on tour and this may affect your rights under this contract. 9 Our Liability To You If the contract we have with you is not performed or is improperly performed by our suppliers or us, we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected the enjoyment of your travel arrangements. However, we will not be liable where any failure in the performance of the contract is due to: 1 a) you, or a third party unconnected with the provision of the travel arrangements; or 2 b) unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised; or 3 c) an event which we or our suppliers, even with due care, could not foresee or forestall. Our liability, except in cases involving death, injury or illness, shall be limited to a maximum of twice the cost of your travel arrangements. 10 Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements Passengers must carry passports valid for the whole length of the stay. Holders of passports which are not British should take particular care as visa requirements may differ and it is most important that your passport contains the correct visa for your journey. If you would let us know, at the time of booking, what kind of passport you hold, we would be pleased to advise you accordingly. However, it is the personal responsibility of the passenger to make sure his or her passport is valid and contains the necessary visa(s) and travel documents for his or her journey. As visas are usually valid for only a limited time period, we strongly advise that no visas are obtained prior to eight weeks before your departure date. Libertravel does not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. Adequate Insurance Protection We can offer you a holiday travel insurance protection through our partner. If you do not have holiday insurance cover at the time of booking, you may be personally liable for cancellation charges. For passengers arranging their own insurance, we must receive full details of the insurance company, policy number and 24-hour emergency contact number. It is imperative that you familiarise yourself with the details and conditions of your policy and that you notify your insurance company of any pre-existing medical condition. Failure to do so can invalidate the insurance cover.
