RFP stipulates resurces must be 100% allcated t this prject. - Can yu clarify whether all staff listed in the respnse are required t be n-site fr the entire duratin f the prject? RFP stipulates develpment and definitin f a large, enterprise-ready change request prcess (Attachment 1, 5.0) Are any additinal details regarding this sectin f the SOW available? Cntractr will develp and implement with State apprval, prcedures and frms t prvide a methd fr defining, reviewing, priritizing, scheduling, and 2

RFP stipulates separate cst and technical prpsals are required, but the number f each is unclear. "The Prpser shall respnd t this RFP with a Technical Prpsal and a separate and sealed Cst Prpsal. NO PRICING infrmatin shuld be included in the Technical Prpsal Number f Cpies f Prpsals The State requests that ne (1) cpy f the prpsal be submitted t the RFP Crdinatr at the address specified, alng with five (5) additinal cpies f the prpsal, as well as ne (1) redacted cpy, if applicable, and tw (2) cpies n USB flash drives. The Cntractr will train all apprpriate LDI staff n an individual basis, n training the trainer, in a classrm setting including all necessary handuts inside the LDI building. 14. What are the wrkflws and requirements fr the Purchasing Applicatin? The wrkflws are based n the current ICS wrkflws and features that begin n page 30 f the RFP. 15. What are the current wrkflws fr Supply Requests, Stampers Requests, Business Card Requests, IT Purchasing Requests, Tner Requests? The wrkflws are based n the current ICS wrkflws and features that begin n page 30 f the RFP. 16. What are these cdes and hw des it relate t the system? Object Cdes, Sub Object Cdes, Organizatinal Cdes, Activity Cdes, Functin Cdes These cdes are used by ur Fiscal and Budget Divisins and are used t track expenditures and encumbrances fr each cde. The cdes are a defined list that exists in ur database currently with descriptin. 17. Can we have a list f all frms, with fields, t be implemented bth new and ld? The list is inclusive frm page 30 t 46 f the RFP. 18. Fr frms that require wet signatures, what is the expected wrkflw fr getting the signature recrded? Wrkflw apprval will need be able t be printed fr wet signatures and upladed t the system. 19. Can we have a list f desired dashbard, key perfrmance indicatrs, and reprts? These items will be develped in cperatin with the Purchasing Divisin as part f Phase 1 f the prject. 20. Frms shuld preppulate specified fields - Can we have an example f a preppulated field? An example wuld be requester, budget cdes and ther currently defined AD bjects r fields in the current database. 4

5 21. Can we have examples f reprts that are in the legacy system that wuld need t be implemented in the new system that are gd fr purchasing, auditing, accunting and management? Currently, reprts are simple.csv extracts f the database with infrmatin similar t the dashbard fund n page 41 f the RFP. 22. What is an example f a flexible business rule? Ability fr wrkflws t g t anther persn if that persn is absent. 23. Are wrkflws mdifiable by the users f the system? If s, what are the expectatins fr such an interatin?. The expectatins are that wrkflws are able t be mdified by the administratrs f the system. 24. What is the functinality expected frm the Prgram Access management page? The administratin page f the emplyee prtal is expected t allw administratrs the ability t view and mdify items, item quantities and wrkflws. 25. Fr check-in/check-ut f IT equipment, hw is current equipment tagged (barcde? RFID? QR cde? text label? Serial number?)? Text Label 26. What are sme examples f the kind f advanced search features that are present in newer systems and are desired? The ability t aut ppulate search fields and search multiple fields at nce. 29. Are any ff-the-shelf r enterprise slutins currently being emplyed fr Travel Requests, Cntract Requests, Cntract Amendment Requests, and Refund Requests? N 5

Are there any cncerns r limitatins with leveraging pen surce libraries, existing APIs, r ther tls fr handling Travel Requests r Refund Requests if they meet the criteria and requirements f the prject, and can be incrprated int a custm slutin and interface that wrks with existing systems? In the LDI Sftware Develpment Standards n page 7, there is a listing f sftware used by LDI and any pen surce libraries, APIs, r ther functins r prcedures defined in thse sftware packages can be deplyed. 31. In the list f MFS Specific Requirements, #18 states that any sftware delivered Must be able t enfrce LDI prcedures. What is a list f r sme examples f prcedures that need t be enfrced? See LDI Sftware Develpment Standards, page 19, fr lk and feel; page 20 fr brwser cmpatibility; page 23 n hw t use the three (3) develpment envirnments. 32. Are there a minimum number f training days required? (frm page 73 f PDF: Cntractr will prvide xxx (nn) training days f instructr training fr delivering the ILT curse t State persnnel as described in the Implementatin Plan ). We anticipated at least 2 days f training t accmmdate the scheduling f the peple that need the training. It is pssible that a single day culd be used, but tw days is suggested. 33. What is an example f the frmat f an ILT curse, r hw this kind f training has been prvided in the past? Phase 6: The Cntractr will train all apprpriate LDI staff n an individual basis, n training the trainer, in a classrm setting including all necessary handuts inside the LDI building. Deliverables will be a staff signff sheet with a signature f each staff that tk the training curse. INFOSYS Public Services 1. Please share the architecture f the centralized Management and Finance System (MFS) and the technlgy stack details? Besides the infrmatin beginning n page 30 f the RFP, the infrmatin will nt be prvided. 2. Please share the architecture f the Inventry Cntrl System (ICS), the Purchasing Applicatin and the IT Equipment Check-In/Check-Out systems and the technlgy stack details? The architecture f these systems will be determined as part f Phase 1 and 2. 6

7 3. What is the number f screens, wrkflws, frms and reprts in each system and what prgramming language was used t develp these sftware cmpnents? The frms and wrkflws are in the RFP starting n page 30. The reprts will be determined as part f Phase 1 and the language and tls are referenced n page 7 f the LDI Sftware Develpment Standards. 4. Please prvide the list f Tls and Technlgies currently used. Please see the LDI s Sftware Develpment Standards n page We understand that LDI will take care f the prcurement and managing the sftware licenses. Please cnfirm. That is crrect. 6. What is the expected number f users in each system and the current user base? The current system has under thirty (30) users and expected grwth wuld be minimum when the new system ges int peratin. 7. We understand that LDI will prvide Infrastructure, Netwrk and Security related supprt and peratins. Please cnfirm. That is crrect. 8. Please list the available envirnments which will be used during the sftware life cycle (Develpment, Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Training etc.). We understand that the envirnment setup, administratin and peratins will be taken care by the LDI team. Please cnfirm. Please see the LDI s Sftware Develpment Standards n page What is the change and release management prcess used in LDI and what tls are used fr these functins? Will the LDI team prvide the build and release management supprt r is the vendr expected t perfrm these duties? Please see the LDI s Sftware Develpment Standards n page 7 and 23. The vendr will be required t perfrm this functin. 10. Please cnfirm whether the LDI team will be respnsible fr the Prductin applicatin maintenance and peratins. 8 12. What is the perid f warranty cverage fr the sftware cmpnents mdified as part f the RFP? The warranty perid is part f the final cntract. LDU nrmally specifies a warranty perid f 12 mnths after deliverable f the prductin prduct. See Attachment VII f the RFP, Sectin 2.2 fr the warranty clause. 13. What is the plan fr migrating the existing MS Access data? Will migratin f this data be a part f this RFP s scpe? 14. Prject Phase 1 appears t be begin with prject definitin - des this include frmal requirements gathering and analysis?. 8
