However, you have the right to cacel it withi 14 days of receivig the cotract of motor isurace, without givig ay reaso. You may cacel usig this cooligoff period by tellig us, or your isurace adviser, i writig or by or telephoe ad cacellatio ca take effect immediately or from a later date, although it caot be backdated to ay earlier date. If you cacel your cotract of motor isurace before the start date we will retur ay premium paid i full withi 30 days of our receipt of the otice of cacellatio from you or your isurace adviser provided such otice is received by us prior to start date of the cotract. If you cacel i the first 14 days usig the coolig-off cacellatio coditio, we will charge you pro rata, subject to a miimum fee of 25 + Isurace Premium Tax, for the cover provided from the start date of the cotract util the cotract is cacelled, uless where a claim has bee made or icidet advised by you or someoe else that could give rise to a claim uder which circumstaces a refud of the premium is ot payable.

5 Your rights to cacel after the coolig-off period You may cacel your cotract of motor isurace at ay other time outside of the coolig-off period by tellig us, or your isurace adviser, i writig or by or telephoe ad cacellatio ca take effect immediately or from a later date, although it caot be backdated to ay earlier date. If you or someoe else has ot made a claim i the curret period of isurace, we will refud part of your premium. We will work out the refud o a pro-rata basis less a premium charge of 25 plus Isurace Premium Tax to cover our admiistratio costs. Whe we work out the time you have bee covered, we use the period from the date the isurace started to the date we receive your istructios or to the later date you requested. We will ot refud ay of your premium if the cotract of motor isurace is cacelled followig a claim whether settled or ot.
