You must tell us as soo as reasoably possible if the use of the buildig ceases o a permaet basis or whe the usual activities at the premises have ceased pedig a decisio regardig the future of the buildig. Cover will reduce to fire, lightig, explosio ad aircraft uless we agree otherwise. Excludig wet or dry rot. Excludig subsidece, heave or ladslip. Excludig terrorism uless specifically isured. Excludig ay value attached to a item of cotets by reaso of its atiquity. Excludig the excess, the amout of which will be agreed with you ad cofirmed o the policy schedule. Theft (icludes walk-i theft). s Stadard limit of 25,000 for ay oe item of cotets. 1,000 ay oe claim for cotets i ulocked outbuildigs. For buildigs the sum isured should represet the full cost of rebuildig the property, usig techiques ad materials which are substatially the same as the origial, but may ot be of the same period, icludig a allowace for fixtures ad fittigs, heatig ad lightig istallatios, widows, boudary walls, feces ad gates, outbuildigs, extesios, o-recoverable VAT, architects, surveyors ad cosultig egieers fees, the cost of debris removal ad of meetig public authority requiremets. For cotets the sum isured should represet the total replacemet cost without makig ay deductio for wear, tear ad depreciatio (except for persoal effects ad clothig). Special features Archaeological costs Covers archaeological costs that may follow a isured evet. For example, the aalysis by coservatio bodies of the origial fabric of the buildig should it become exposed by the damage. Excludig ay below-groud excavatios. 250,000 ay oe claim. Mior cotract works Whe you sig a JCT cotract (or ay similar cotract with our agreemet) for buildig works, this extesio provides you, free of charge, with the cover you eed to comply with your isurace obligatios as the employer. It icludes your obligatio to isure both the ew works ad the existig premises i the joit ames of yourself ad the cotractor. 150,000 ay oe project for the ew works ad site materials. The policy sums isured will apply i respect of the existig buildigs ad cotets. If the cotract price for the work is over 150,000 please cotact us. We ca provide cover but a additioal premium will usually be required.

A professioal security firm is required if 10,000 or over. 5,000 ay oe loss. Loss of moey while beig couted or i the home of a authorised officer or employee. 5,000 ay oe loss. Loss of moey from a locked safe o the premises. 5,000 ay oe loss. Ay other loss. 500 Special features Fud raisig evets All the above limits (except 'o-egotiable moey' ad 'ay other loss') are doubled for the period from two days before to seve days after a fud raisig evet.

Also covers ay reasoable ad ecessary expeses you icur if your idetity is used by a third party to obtai credit, agaist your kowledge. Fraudulet use of credit cards where the issuer's terms have ot bee complied with, or losses arisig from fraudulet use by you or ay of your officials. Theft by officials Covers loss of your moey caused by a act of fraud or dishoesty of a employee, official or volutary worker committed durig the period of isurace ad discovered withi 24 moths of the cover edig. Icludes liability i coectio with buildigs temporarily occupied by you for a special occasio, evet or activity. The stadard idemity limit is 5,000,000. We ca cosider requests for alterative limits. Public liability limit of idemity is for ay oe evet. Products liability limit of idemity is for ay oe period of isurace. Except for the USA ad Caada, legal costs ad expeses are covered i additio to the limit of idemity.
