Sums isured For buildigs the sum isured should represet a assessmet of the approximate cost, usig moder techiques ad materials of restorig or repairig the buildig, or replacig the property with a moder equivalet, ad we will deal with your claim o this basis. The buildig icludes screes, bells, all paved areas ad stoe ad timber fixtures such as pulpits, pews ad fots. Also, tombs, moumets, memorials or shries withi the buildig. For cotets the sum isured should represet the total replacemet cost without makig ay deductio for wear, tear ad depreciatio (except for persoal effects ad clothig). The sums isured will be the most we will pay. 25,000 for each tomb, moumet, memorial or shrie withi the buildig.

Features ad beefits Sigificat exclusios ad limitatios Legal expeses cover for a rage of legal issues specified i the policy up to the limit of idemity stated i the schedule for legal costs ad expeses icludig solicitors' ad barristers' fees, court costs, expeses for expert witesses, attedace expeses, accoutats' fees ad employmet compesatio awards (the latter are further limited to a aggregate limit i total for all such awards i ay period of isurace as stated i the schedule or policy wordig).
