Emergecy accommodatio/get you home cover we provide up to 500 per claim for emergecy accommodatio or travel expeses followig a accidet. Persoal belogigs cover we provide up to 1,500 of cover for persoal effects or clothig kept i your motorhome ( 100 limit per item); up to 500 for campig equipmet ad gas cyliders lost or damaged due to accidet, fire or theft ( 100 limit per item); up to 1,500 for awigs; ad up to 700 ( 350 limit per item) for TV ad audio equipmet that is ot permaetly fitted. If it s betwee oe ad two years old, it s covered up to 12,000 miles. Vadalism cover your No Claim Discout will ot be affected by a claim for damage caused by vadals. 5 A few key thigs we do t cover There are some thigs we ca t cover at all ad some that have certai restrictios or coditios you eed to be aware of. To esure you kow what these are, here s a quick guide. Please refer to your Policy Booklet ad Schedule for full details. For all cover levels Protected No Claim Discout we ll protect your No Claim Discout agaist two claims i a three year period. This is icluded as stadard if you ve got four or more years No Claim Discout etitlemet, eve if you ve had a fault claim i the last three years. Your motorhome is covered for social, domestic ad pleasure use oly, excludig commutig or busiess purposes. With Emergecy ay driver cover, if you re ot i the motorhome it ca oly be drive straight to your home. If your vehicle has bee seized by, or o behalf of, ay govermet or public authority, your Certificate of Isurace will ot permit you to secure the release of ay vehicle other tha the oe show o your Certificate, idetified by its registratio mark. While drivig i the Europea Uio the same level of cover applies as that purchased for UK use i.e. Comprehesive, Third Party, Fire ad Theft or Third Party Oly. for both Comprehesive ad Third Party, Fire ad Theft cover If your motorhome is ot fully locked ad secured with the keys removed while it is uatteded or uoccupied, you will ot be covered for ay theft or attempted theft claims. ad for Comprehesive cover oly We will pay up to a maximum of 100 per item for persoal items or campig equipmet. We will ot pay for loss or damage to furs, jewellery, documets, moey, securities, or goods or samples you carry for trade or busiess. New for old cover is valid if the motorhome is less tha 24 moths old from the first date of registratio, you are the first registered keeper ad the motorhome mileage is less tha 12,000 miles. The 12,000 mile restrictio does ot apply to a loss withi 12 moths of the motorhome s first registratio. A replacemet car will oly be provided while your motorhome is beig repaired by oe of our partership repairers. Your etitlemet to a replacemet car will ed whe your motorhome has bee repaired or a total loss offer has bee made. To esure a claim uder Vadalism cover does t affect your No Claim Discout, you must provide us with the valid Police crime referece umber ad details of the police statio the crime was reported to. The first 25 of each glass repair carried out by a glass repairer ot previously approved by us. For a uisured driver claim, you must provide us with the other vehicle s registratio umber, make ad model as a miimum. Available with all cover levels Legal Protectio If you re ivolved i a motor accidet i your vehicle i the UK that s ot your fault, we will provide up to 100,000 towards costs for our traied claims hadlers to recover uisured losses from the isurer of the driver resposible for example travellig expeses, loss of earigs ad ay excess you may be required to pay as part of a claim. We will cover ay claims i the UK where we have at least a 51% chace of success. Whe you receive your policy documetatio you have 14 days to decide whether the policy is right for you. After that we will assume you have accepted the terms ad wat your policy to cotiue for 12 moths. There are a few thigs we d like to advise you of: If you eed to cacel your policy If you feel the policy is ot right for you, you may cacel it withi 14 days of receivig your policy documets. If cover has ot yet commeced (i.e. it is before the policy start date), you will receive a 10 Importat iformatio you eed to kow

10 full refud of the premium ad arragemet fee, o admiistratio fee will be charged. If the isurace cover has commeced (i.e. it is after the policy start date), your isurer will give you a pro-rata refud o your premium based o the cover you have had. The arragemet fee will ot be refuded ad Saga will charge a admiistratio fee. After the first 14 days, if the policy o loger meets your eeds, you ca still cacel it at ay time. As log as you have ot made a claim or had a claim made agaist you, or your isurer has recovered all their costs o ay claims that have occurred, you will receive a pro-rata refud o your premium based o the cover you have had. The arragemet fee will ot be refuded ad Saga will charge a admiistratio fee. If you have made a claim that has ot bee settled ad full recovery of costs made, you will ot receive a refud. If you wish to cacel your policy, you will eed to otify us of this itetio. You ca do this by telephoe o or by writig to Saga Services Limited, Middelburg Square, Folkestoe, Ket CT20 1AZ. Cacellatio will take effect from the date we receive your otice to cacel, or a date i the future you have specified, but caot be backdated. If we eed to cacel your policy Your isurer or Saga, o their behalf, may cacel your policy by givig you seve days otice by recorded delivery letter to your last kow address. There are a umber of reasos why your policy may be cacelled, icludig o-paymet of premiums, arragemet fee, ay other fee or charges requested, failure to provide iformatio or documetatio which we have requested i writig, or a chage to your isurace details that meas we are o loger able to cover you. Your isurer will remove your vehicle details from the Motor Isurers Database ad refud to you the uused part of your premium. The arragemet fee will ot be refuded ad Saga will charge a admiistratio fee. Legal Protectio Please ote that if you or we cacel your Saga Motorhome Isurace policy ad you have selected Legal Protectio as a additioal cover, this will automatically be cacelled at the same time. The additioal premium is ot refudable if cover has commeced. If you eed to amed your policy There are times whe you may eed to amed your policy, for example if you wat to add a additioal driver or alter your cover. Saga will charge a admiistratio fee for ay chages. A ote about fees ad refuds A arragemet fee will be charged uder a separate cotract betwee you ad Saga Services Ltd for arragig your policy. Saga will charge a fee for arragig your policy, if you cacel your policy, or for ay chages you make to your policy. Details of the exact fee ca be foud i your documets. Please ote that if you amed or cacel your policy ad have paid by credit card or cheque, we will be uable to refud ay amouts of 5 or less. Similarly, we will oly request ay charges from you if the amout is over 5. How we hadle your moey Whe collectig or refudig premiums, this is doe through Saga Services Limited, who acts as the aget of the isurer. However, the isurer treats the paymet as havig bee made directly to them, meaig that your moey is protected.
