2 CMC BUSINESS PLAN Having read the terms and conditions of CMC, the next step is registration. It is good to build your team with three legs or more for you to have access to company's full bonuses (direct and indirect), loan, grants and awards. However, with two legs you can start to enjoy bonuses but you can not move far with two legs. The system accepts just three referrals from individual member and any one after the first three will be spill-over under you to make more money. NOTE: Members rewards are bonuses, awards and grants for introducing a new member to the company. Loan belongs to the company and it must be refunded, majority of our loans are structured in multiples of two (2x). Example: (A) Registration + 3 referrals Standard/Complete Team PROMOTIONAL STAGES The promotional stages is measured by class in capital making club such that class one to seven is level one to seven while S. Class one to S. Class three represent level eight to ten. Registration is $24.29 $24.29 = $ $21.43 Registration Admin charges Distributable and reserves and maintenance Registration Cost Administrative Value Distributable and Charges/maintenance Reserve $24.29 $2.85 $21.43
3 WAYS OF EARNING 1. Direct Bonus: You earn direct bonus on the first two or three people you registered directly under yourself. You can make more direct bonus by registering more people through your username known as placement. 2. Indirect Bonus: You earn indirect bonus on the people introduced by the first two or three people you registered by yourself. Indirect bonus is realised from the 2nd generation (Class 2) to 10th generation. Check the bonuses table for more details 3. Spillover Bonus: You earn spillover bonus on additional people you refer through your user ID after the first three people that are direct to you. 4. Award Bonus: Awards in CMC begin from class 2 to S. Class 3, some awards can be received in cash while some cannot. 5. Grant: Grant is given as leader s running expenses to offset the shortage or loss a leader may incure in the process of building his team. Grant begins from class 4 to s. class Loan: Loan can be received from class one to S. Class 3. At least a loan is attached to each level and every member who has performed his or her duty is automatically eligible to the loan. 7. Honorary Bonus: You start to earn honorary bonus in CMC immediately you step out of S. Class 3 (level 10). The real vision here is to grant honorary bonus as retirement earning for members who can endure till level ten of CMC. REQUIREMENTS AND BENEFITS FOR PROMOTIONAL LEVELS 1. Class 1: Register and referthree new members and earn 33.3% ($14.3) direct bonus plus$28.6 (1st Loan test). 2. Class 2: Get 3 people in class 1 under you and earn 14.8% ($18.5) indirect bonus plus $57.1 (2nd loan test) plus leader s bonus $ Class 3: Get 3 people in class 2 under you and earn 6.8% ($25.6) indirect bonus, $114.2 loan plus CMC T-Shirt that worths$7.1.
4 4. Class 4: Get 3 people in class 3 under you and earn 2.7% ($30) indirect bonus, $228.5 loan plus award of standing fan or blender that worths$17.1 and $5.7 grant. 5. Class 5: Get 3 people in class 4 under you and earn 2.7% ($91.3) indirect bonus, $457.1 loan plus award of smart phone or gas cooker that worths$57.1 cash and $11.4 grant. 6. Class 6: Get 3 people in class 5 under you and earn 2.6% ($268.5) indirect bonus, $857.1 loan plus award of Laptop/ Generator/Fridge/Plasma TV that worths$200 cash and $22.8 grant. 7. Class 7: Get 3 people in class 6 under you and earn 3.0% ($914.2) indirect bonus,$1,714.2 loan plus Deep Freezer/Bike/ Washing machine that worths$571.4 cash and $45.7 grant. 8. S. Class 1: Get 3 people in class 7 under you and earn 3.0% ($2,800) indirect bonus,$2,857.1 loan plus award of small car that worths$1,857.1 cash and $142.8 grant. 9. S. Class 2: Get 3 people in S. Class 1 under you and earn 3.5% ($9,714.2) indirect bonus, $4,285.7 loan plus award of 2nd car that worths $5,714.2 cash and $200 grant. 10. S. Class 3: Get 3 people in S. Class 2 under you and earn 3.5% ($29,428.5) indirect bonus, $5,714.2 and above as loan plus award of House Fund that worth $7,142.8 cash and $285.7 grant. 11. Honorary: Immediately you step out of S.
