1 WEALTH MAXIMIZER PLAN EFFECTIVE 1 January 2017 Getting Started RETAIL PROFITS AND VOLUME COMMISSIONS 1. Register as a new Distributor to start earning part-time income. All product purchases are optional. There are no bonuses paid for recruiting. All bonuses are paid based on products sold. 2. Enroll new Distributors to start earning retail profits and volume commissions. No benefits or bonuses will be given or paid for recruiting only. Submit your Letter of Intent (LOI) in the month you want to start your Executive qualification. 2. Beginning from your LOI month, accumulate 6,000 GSV within 6 months.* 3. Maintain a minimum of 100 PSV and 1,000 GSV per month during your Executive qualification period. During Executive Qualification, you can earn commissions from Step 1. Once you become an Executive: 1. Upon completion of LOI, Executive must maintain a minimum of 100 PSV and 2,000 GSV to be eligible for bonuses. 2. Executive is entitled to one Grace Month in every 12 months. * Subject to change.

Extra EB of 5% is paid to all active Executives paid on the VOLUME Maximizer. Executive Bonus and Extra Executive Bonuses are not paid during a Grace Month. ** Percentage of Executive Bonus and Extra Executive Bonus are determined by GSV. Once the percentage is determined, the bonuses will be paid on Group Commissionable Sales Value (). 3 Revolutionary Wealth Maximizer ENSURES THE MAXIMUM PAYOUT FOR YOU Increase your earning potential as you get paid the maximum commission possible.
