Welcome to the MyGlennBurkett Compensation Plan, this is your guide for achieving your financial goals.* Where else can you start a business for $49.95 with a company that has over 26 quality nutritional products and a 20 year track record. You Make the Money on Our Plan! MyGlennBurkett Uses Dynamic Compression So the Money goes our Ambassadors! Network Marketing compensation plans are most often fashioned in terms of levels of pay that you will earn based on positions under you in the network of members. The computation process of some plans have breakage. Breakage occurs when someone under you does not meet qualifications then your downline stops there when determining commissions, the lost revenue below goes to the company, not you. The MyGlennBurkett plan has no breakage, we use "dynamic compression" that will ultimately provide extra financial income for our Ambassadors when commissions are calculated from downline sales. This way, you collect any of those amounts yourself, versus it passing back to the company. Our with Dynamic Compression compensation plan allows Ambassadors the maximum flexibility to build as many legs, or business units, as desired. It also allows for unlimited first-level width, with a depth of 10 levels. Dynamic compression means that if there are any gaps in those levels due to breakage computation, the system itself will compensate for this and automatically pay it out to the other Ambassadors by rolling up automatically. The Ambassadors in your downline are never physically moved up in genealogy during compression only their Personal Sales Volume compresses up, even if the Ambassador above them cancels their membership or is not commission qualified for any reason. (The money stays within the Ambassadors, not the company.) Quality Enroller Bonuses (QEB) do not compress.
2 MyGlennBurkett.com ACHIEVING LEVELS DEFINITIONS for Active Members/Brand Ambassadors Retail Customer: These are individuals who do not join but want to purchase products from you. They can purchase as a Retail Customer on the web site and register with your username, and purchase products at regular retail price. When you make a retail customer sale online or in person, you earn your individual markup on that sale (the difference between the recommended retail price and your qualified discounted member price). Member: A Member is an individual that you have registered with your username and joins by completing the membership process and pays the annual membership fee of $ A Member receives product at a discount but does not earn commissions. When your members make a purchase, you earn a commission. This commission will be paid by MyGlennBurkett and is paid according to your rank. Ambassador: An is an individual that you have registered with your username and joins by completing the membership process and pays the annual membership fee of $49.95 and purchases a QEB kit or product with a 27 SV at time of enrollment, and makes a product purchase each month that meets the required monthly 27 PSV. Each time your personally enrolled Ambassador makes a purchase, you earn a commission. This commission will be paid by MyGlennBurkett and is paid according to your rank. An Ambassador reaches Brand Ambassador status when they enroll their first Ambassador. You must have the required number of Personally Sponsored Ambassadors and meet the monthly PSV and GSV to be qualified to earn s and Matching Bonuses on orders and the orders in your downline levels. See the Ambassador levels in the following pages for each rank requirement. VOLUME DEFINITIONS: SV - SALES VOLUME is the assigned value of a product for the purpose of qualification and calculation of bonuses and commissions for Ambassadors. PSV - PERSONAL SALES VOLUME is the sum of an individuals personal sales volume (personal purchases) for the purpose of qualification for commissions. GSV - GROUP SALES VOLUME is the sum of your downline team sales volume (purchases made by Retail Customers, Members, Ambassadors) for calculation of bonuses and commissions. QUALIFIED status - Each Ambassador has a monthly PSV and at some levels GSV requirements, in order to remain active and qualified to be paid and Matching Bonuses from your downline GSV, or to achieve the next level rank. As you build your Retail Customers, Members and team of Ambassadors sharing and using MyGlennBurkett products, the number of pay levels will increase and your income will continue to grow - See examples under Ambassador Levels in the following pages. QUALIFIED PROTECTION - A way to ensure that in a given month, that you do not fall short PSV to qualify for commissions and bonuses, simply set up an Auto-ship order that equals your monthly PSV for products you love and sell the most. Auto-ship orders can be modified 5 days prior to the ship date. You can earn the difference between your member price of a product you purchased when you sell the product at the Suggested Retail Price. You can earn a commission on purchases made by Members and Ambassadors that you enroll as long as you remain qualified by meeting the minimum PSV each month. When you enroll a Ambassador you automatically advance to the next level as a Brand Ambassador. How to become an Ambassador: Purchase a QEB (Quality Enroller s Bonus Kit) or a minimum product of 27 PSV at time of enrollment. Remain active by making a product purchase of 27 PSV each month thereafter. You must be an Ambassador and enroll an Ambassador to achieve the next rank of Brand Ambassador. 27 PSV Monthly Purchase 25% Member Discount BRAND To qualify to be paid as a Brand Ambassador, you must complete the steps to become an Ambassador AND have 1 Personally Sponsored Ambassador (or higher rank) and meet the monthly PSV below.
