In each month of the Programme duration, if you fullfil the required conditions of this Incentive Programme FM World UK will pay you commission on the grounds of keeping the Effectiveness Level and providing advertising services, which will be intended for payment of leasing instalments for a car of your choice! 6% 3,000 UK 5,000 UK 10,000 UK UK UK * 40,000 must come directly from FM World UK and are calculated in the following way: 1. For every Group that reached the Level of or higher, you receive only conventional UK towards the calculation (at the same time of this Group, regardless of their number, are not taken into consideration during the calculation); If there is less than UK in 21 % or higher leg only those are taken into calculation. 2. The rest of coming from the FM World UK are counted by adding the of the remaining parts of the structure. It is illegal for a promoter or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved.

7 RULES & REGULATIONS 1. Incentive Programme for Business Partners who reached Effectiveness Level of. 2. To qualify for the Programme, a Business Partner needs to reach and then maintain (repeat) in two following consecutive months the Level of and fullfil the remaining conditions of participation in the Programme. 3. The base month is November Those who reached Pearl, Amaranth, Golden, Diamond Orchid or any other Star in November 2017 or before, or have already qualified and drive a car received from FM World UK, are excluded from this Programme, but can still participate in the With Mercedes For Success Incentive Programme funded by FM World UK. 4. Business Partners working on Additional Business Partner Numbers can participate in the Programme. 5. Preferred Customers and Business Partners working on Business Partner Numbers taken over on the grounds of Terms and Conditions of eting Plan and Business Partnership Agreement cannot participate in the Programme. 6. If a Business Partner does not maintain the Target Level he/she cannot claim the commission intended for the payment of leasing instalments. 7. Business Partners who have qualified for the car in Mercedes for Success Incentive Programme cannot pariticipate in Become a Mobile Leader Incentive Programme. 8. Minimum qualifying order of.00 Personal every month is required in order to get the commission. These must be obtained from the UK office. 9. The main sponsor s line ( main leg ) cannot constitute more than 60% of the total point turnover of the Business Partner in the target month as well as in months of maintaining the Target Level. This concerns Business Partners who reached Effectiveness Level of (see: example of rule 60/40). 10. Business Partner needs to have at least 40,000 coming from the FM WORLD UK. It means the must come from products purchased from the FM World UK branch but only UK from each leg in your team are allocated towards the qualifying UK. It means you need to have at least 25,000 UK outside your main leg. If you have two legs you need to have at least 10,000 UK outside your two legs. ( see examples: calculating earned with FM World UK). 11. Reward is allocated to one ID number qualifying for the reward. If there is more than one person on one ID number there can only be one person chosen to get the reward (in the case of a limited company the reward goes to one of the directors). The reward cannot be transferred to a third party. 12. A car will be leased on your own name for 3-5 years. If you keep the Level in the particular month, the monthly rate for this car of 170 will be paid by FM World UK into your bank account. If you do not reach the required Level we will not refund the monthly rate into your bank account. The Business Partner pays all extra costs such as: car insurance, road tax, any other fees. FM World UK reserves the right to choose the car dealer. 13. Reward cannot be exchanged into cash or any other reward. 14. FM World UK will pay a monthly rate of 170 for the car of your choice. If anyone wants to upgrade the car to their own requirements they pay for any extras themselves. 15. Only Business Partners whose FM Accounts are operated by FM World UK can participate in the Programme. This Incentive Programme is available for FM World UK Residents Business Partners who signed their contract with FM World UK and have their commission paid in the UK (they do not have to live in the UK). 16. Participating in this Programme does not disqualify Business Partners from taking part in other Incentive Programmes run by FM World UK except for With Mercedes For Success Incentive Programme.
