1 FAGREEN FAGREEN sells its products not through a conventional distribution system and retail outlets, but through individual people, selling to their friends, acquaintances and strangers. Business Plan Catalogue

2 DISCOUNT Discount: After a successful registration New FA IBO starts getting discounts up to 20% on self purchase until New FA IBO completes 1000 points ( 1 PV) on self ID and after completing 1 PV, FA IBO gets high discounts up to 34% on self purchase. FAGREEN has designed some special combo packs so that FA-IBO can get extra discount. IBO: Independent Business Owner. New IBO: An IBO Who has not completed 1 PV on self ID.

3 DSDI (Direct Sponsoring Diamond Income) DSDI Bonus: FA IBO gets INR 1475/- (29.5% on NDP) on Nutri-combo packs purchased by frontline New FA IBO.

4 DSP Bonus: FA IBO gets 15% DSP Bonus from New FA IBO (personally-sponsored) until New FA IBO completes self purchase of 1 PVaccording to active months.

5 Personal Bonus Personal Bonus: FA IBO gets personal bonus on self purchase. Note: Total points (Self+ Team) will be counted according to three consecutive months for achieving levels till EM. Asst. 6 Group Bonus Group Bonus: FA IBO gets 3% to 18% Group Bonus on the purchase of personally-sponsored IBOs and their downlines. Example: If you are getting 15% personal bonus and your frontline FA IBO is getting 9% personal bonus then you will get 6% Group Bonus as a difference income from frontline FA IBO and downline team. ( Calculation: 15% - 9% = 6% Group Bonus) Note: To receive DSP Bonus, Personal Bonus & Group Bonus, FA IBO must have 100 points on Self ID every month.

7 Leadership Bonus Leadership Bonus: FA IBO, (who has become Recognized Royalty Achiever) gets Leadership Bonus from Non-EM business points comes from four generations downline executive managers/ royalty achievers. Example: From 1 st Generation 6% From 2 nd Generation 3% From 3 rd Generation 2% From 4 th Generation 1% Note: 1% increment from diamond level. To receive leadership bonus per month, A Royalty Achiever must be active with minimum 3100 points (minimum 100 points on self ID) from personal and Non EM downlines.

11 TURNOVER SHARING Distribution is 3% of company total sales according to generated points in the financial year.

12 DIAMOND FREEDOM PLAN Diamond Freedom Plan FA IBO (must be a Recognized Diamond Royalty Achiever) can become a part of Diamond Freedom Plan. FA IBO must be active. Company will distribute 0.5% of its total sales according to generated points in FY.

13 DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL TOUR Luxurious Domestic Trip: 3 night/4 days* An IBO must be a Recognized Executive Manager/ Royalty Achiever. In case of push-up or requalify he/she must have at least 2 SO each in separate sponsored lines other than EM lines. International Trip: There are exclusive offers every year.

14 MILLIONAIRE CLUB MILLIONAIRE CLUB ( Year 2018) : For year 2018, If FA IBO becomes a member of FAGREEN millionaire club then he/she will be awarded a brand new luxury car of worth INR 10 lakh. Note: Qualified FA IBO must be active.
