10 WHAT CAN I EARN? Amway promotes a business inclusive of a good balance between both width and depth. AMWAY PIN LEVEL QUALIFICATION IBO EARNINGS Platinum Up to $45,000* Founders Platinum Up to $80,000* Founders Emerald Up to $200,000* Founders Diamond Up to $260,000 *These figures are inclusive of Growth Incentive Programme payments (applies only to Platinum, Founders Platinum and Founders Emerald Levels). Income levels will vary depending on the business activity, business structure or the application of the Amway Growth Incentive Programme in any given year. Indicated results are based on analysis of 2015 performance year actual earnings which are expressed in Australian Dollars. AMWAY DEFINITIONS ACHIEVERS: The annual invitational business seminar for high performing IBOs. DIAMOND PIN: Awarded to Platinums who have developed six personally, foster or internationally sponsored groups each of which has attained the maximum performance bonus/rebate level for a minimum of six months of the Amway Performance Year. Qualifiers must also be Emerald Bonus/ Rebate Recipients in the same year. EMERALD BONUS / REBATE RECIPIENT( EBR/ERR ) : An IBO will have personally or foster sponsored three or more in-market 21% groups, each of which have qualified at the maximum performance bonus level in at least six months of the Amway Performance Year. FOUNDERS PLATINUM PIN: Awarded to Platinum IBOs who have maintained the Silver Producer level for each of the 12 months in a Performance Year, or who have qualified by way of Volume Equivalency (VE). PLATINUM PIN: Awarded to IBOs who have achieved six qualifying months (three of which must be consecutive) at the Silver Producer level in a rolling 12 calendar month period. Requalification at Platinum is any six months at the Silver Producer level within the same fiscal year. SILVER PRODUCER: An IBO who achieves one qualifying Silver Producer month within a rolling twelve month period. GOLD PRODUCER: An IBO who achieves three qualifying Silver Producer months within a rolling twelve month period. PGV: Personal Group Volume (PGV): Any volume outside of an IBO s entire existing qualified leg(s). PPV: Any Volume which is purchased by an IBO for personal use, or for sale to customers. PCA: Progressive Cash Award. 11 TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. All New Zealand Progressive Cash Award qualifiers will be paid in Australian Dollars (AU$) which will then be converted to the equivalent amount in New Zealand Dollars at the time of payment. This does not apply to standard FAA payments and Double Diamond and above Higher Award OTCAs. 2. All 15% and above IBOs who wish to participate in the 2017 Growth Incentive Program will be required to register their acceptance of the terms and conditions, inclusive of the Higher Award and Growth Incentive Program Tracking and Review Process. Only registered incentive participants will be processed under the Higher Award and Growth Incentive Program Tracking and Review Process to qualify for potential incentive payments. These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with the Higher Award and Growth Incentive Program Tracking and Review Process PY2017 Australia and New Zealand requirements which will be distributed together with the registration to all 15% and above IBOs. 3. Any IBO who qualifies for either an Achievers qualified month, a Supertrip qualifying month or any cash award must have either a minimum of 150 PPV. Where an IBO achieves 150 PPV for a qualifying month this requirement EXCLUDES automatic top-up and automatic top-up reversal. 4. To qualify for any of the Progressive Cash Awards (PCA), an IBO must achieve the new qualification level for the first time, and satisfy the special conditions provided for under various higher award PCAs. 5. An IBO must be in good standing with Amway to receive Progressive Cash Awards, Platinum Growth payments or FAA Champion Leaders Program payments or receive an invitation to ANY Amway Business Seminar. At all times, the Rules of Conduct for Amway IBOs (Rules of Conduct) must be complied with. All GIP payments and incentive trip qualifications are subject to the Higher Award and Tracking verification audit process and payable at the discretion of Amway. 6. If an IBO qualifies for multiple payments from the Progressive Cash Awards and Platinum Growth payments in the same performance year, they will receive only the higher value incentive payment. This excludes 15% cash and Road to Ruby payments 7. All monthly Progressive Cash Awards will be paid on completion of the relevant higher reward qualification and review process (usually within ten weeks after the actual qualification month has been finalised). For example, if you qualify for a Progressive Cash Award payment in September 2016 you will be paid mid to late December All top up payments will be paid with the annual bonus/rebates in December To qualify for the Silver Plus, Gold, Q6 and Q9 Platinum or Q12 Founders Platinum PCA, all qualifying months must be within the Amway Performance Year. 9. To be eligible for a top up payment for the New Emerald or the New Diamond Progressive Cash Award your volume must be a minimum of 5% greater than the previous year (Platinum to Platinum) 10. A qualifier cannot receive Progressive Cash Award payments in PY2017 which they received in PY2016. The starting point for progressive payments in PY2017 will be where a qualifier finished collecting progressive payments in PY2016. For example, if you received $3,000 in PY2016 for qualifying for a Gold Progressive Cash Award and you qualify for a Q6 Platinum Progressive Cash Award in PY2017 you will receive $3, An IBO cannot receive progressive monthly payments if there are insufficient remaining months to complete qualification. This applies to Silver Plus, Gold, Q6 Platinum, Q9 Platinum,Q12 Founders Platinum, Emerald and Diamond progressive cash awards. 12. Platinum Growth Program PY2016 PGV volume bases base will determined by measuring actual PGV achieved between 1 September 2015 and 29 February 2016 which will then be multiplied by 2 to reflect a 12 month base. If you qualified as a new or requalified Platinum in PY2016 (ie you were not a qualified Platinum in PY2015) your PY2016 PGV base will be either 60,000 PGV or your actual PGV achieved in all 12 months of PY whichever is higher. This excludes new or requalifying platinums that were not a qualified Platinum in PY2015 which had at least one downline Q6 qualified leg in PY All Platinum Growth payments will be paid on completion of the relevant higher reward qualification and review process in December The maximum payment an IBO can receive for the Platinum Growth Program is $30, To be eligible to receive a Platinum Growth payment you must requalify minimum at the Platinum level and achieve a minimum of 10,000 PGV growth above your PY2016 Platinum Growth volume base. 16. If a qualified platinum breaks a new or requalifying downline silver producer, gold producer or platinum during the Platinum Growth Program qualification period they can include that volume as growth volume down to one level in depth. However this CANNOT include ANY volume from an existing Q6 qualified leg which qualified in PY If a Q6 qualified leg breaks from your personal group during PY2016 an adjustment will be made whereby the entire volume from this Q6 leg will be divided by 2 and then deducted from your PY2017 Platinum Growth program base volume. 18. If a Q6 qualified leg reverts from your personal group during PY2016 an adjustment will be made whereby the entire volume from this Q6 leg will be divided by 2 and then added to your PY2017 Platinum Growth program base volume. 19. Any qualified platinum as of 31 August 2016 classified as either Tier 2 or Tier 3 for the purpose of the Supertrip will have their PY2016 personal group volume base determined by measuring their actual PGV achieved between 1 September 2015 and 29 February 2016 which will then be multiplied by 3 to reflect an 18 month base. 20. If a Q6 qualified leg reverts from your personal group during PY2016 an adjustment will be made whereby the entire volume from this Q6 leg will be divided by 2 and then added to your Supertrip program month base volume. 21. If a Q6 qualified leg breaks from your personal group during PY2016 an adjustment whereby the entire volume from this Q6 leg will be divided by 2, and then deducted from your Supertrip target. 22. If a qualified platinum breaks a new or requalifying downline silver producer, gold producer or platinum during the Supertrip qualification period they can include that volume as growth volume down to one level in depth. If in the case where you have a downline silver, gold, or platinum qualifier in the first level with 3250PGV or more above another downline silver, gold or platinum in the same leg you will be able to count all of the PGV. However, should the PGV from downline silver, gold or platinum at the first level be less than 5000PGV because there is one or more silvers, golds or platinums further downline in the same qualified leg, then you will be able to count a maximum of 5000PGV which you can then include towards New York Supertrip qualification. However this CANNOT include ANY volume from an existing Q6 qualified leg which qualified in PY If you are a Tier 2 or 3 qualifier for the Supertrip and a Q6 leg reverts during PY2017, any volume from that Q6 leg CANNOT be included in your Supertrip personal group volume for the last 6 months of the Supertrip qualification period. 24. If you are a silver or gold producer and you break a downline silver producer during the Supertrip qualification period you must also qualify as a silver producer yourself ( ie a minimum 3250PGV outside one qualified leg or 0 PGV if you have 2 or more downline qualified legs) to be able to include that volume as growth volume down to one level in depth. If in the case where you have a downline silver producer in the first level with 3250 PGV or more above another downline silver producer in the same leg you will be able to count all of the PGV. However, should the PGV from the downline silver producer at the first level be less than 5000PGV because there is one or more silver producer further downline in the same qualified leg, then you will be able to count a maximum of 5000 PGV which you can then include towards New York Supertrip qualification. 25. If there is default on instalment finance of volume that contributes to any higher award qualification, AMWAY reserves the right to withhold the qualification and award and any related cash award payment until the debt is resolved. 26. Where it is deemed that an IBO has not been compliant because of balanced sustainable and profitable issues all growth incentive program payments affected by this will be held to a maximum of 12 months after the qualification period finishes. Upon meeting the requirements the affected payments held may be released 27. To protect the line of sponsorship AMWAY has instituted procedures, so far as practicable, to issue finance terms only to IBOs with the appropriate credit history, however, bonus/ rebate qualifiers acknowledge that instalment debt management is a joint responsibility between the leadership and AMWAY. 28. In the event that an audit of a qualification month indicates noncompliance with the Rules of Conduct or Higher Award tracking requirements Amway will take steps to recover Progressive Cash Award payments and Platinum Growth cash award payments. If there is a return of products exceeding 400 PV (200 PV in New Zealand) by a qualifier or an IBO through line from a qualifier the PV will be reworked back to the month of purchase and any progressive cash award or Platinum Growth payments paid in relation to that product will be recoverable by Amway. 29. To participate in the PY2017 Growth Incentive Program, all IBOs must comply with the Rules of Conduct, in particular, Australian Rules Rule 4.1 (Responsibilities of a Sponsor), Rule 4.12 (Responsibility for Reputation),Rule (AMWAY Sales and Marketing Plan... manipulation through depth sponsoring) and Rule 3.19 (be engaged only in the Amway business and no other direct selling/mlm business). 30. All IBOs must be in good standing with Amway to receive an invitation to ANY business seminar as a part of the PY2017 Growth Incentive Program. 31. Travel and accommodation will not be provided for the New Silver and Gold Producer Seminars. 32. The New Silver and Gold Producer Seminar, New Platinum Seminar, Achievers and Supertrip events are all classified as invitational events. Thus, if an IBO receives an invitation and chooses for whatever reason not to attend any of these events they will not be reimbursed with any of the costs associated with that particular event. 33. All IBOs are responsible for their own visas upon departing and/or returning into Australia or New Zealand for any Achievers event which is held overseas. If for any reason an IBO is refused re-entry back into Australia or New Zealand owing to a visa issue the IBO(s) will be liable for ALL associated accommodation and travel costs incurred for any additional time which they are required to spend in the country where the event is located. 34.
