1 Fee Related Information St. Paul s School Jhalamand, Jodhpur under Roman Catholic Education Society, Ajmer Rajasthan is running this institute on profit free basis and due to this reason we accumulate the money generated by fee of the students. With this generated fee we pay the salaries of our teaching staff, ancillary staff, guards and other vendors. A number of other tasks are also performed on the score of this accumulated money like electricity bills, telephone bills, computer labs maintenance, library funds, internet access, science labs monthly renovation and bills of IT department and purchasing of new materials like computers, LED, LCD, furniture, projectors, C.C.TV surveillance system, energy savers, television, books for libraries etc. Also students coming from families which are below poverty line are schooled in the institute and their learning money is also squeezed from this money for the betterment of the educational growth of such students. The fee schedule given in the prospectus is subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the School Management Committee. Fee once paid whether full or part will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. If there is a withdrawal of a student from the school in the middle of the term, he/she has to pay the Tuition fee for till the current quarter. The Transfer Certificate will be issued after two weeks of the completion of the formalities required for the same. Non-payment of the outstanding fee without any known information given to the school will be considered as a lack of accountability and commitment on parent s side. This will also be seen as a breach in commitment which was agreed towards timely payment of fees upon at the time of admission of the child. Consistent non-payment of outstanding fee will incur late fees. It may also be reviewed as a case where the School Management may decide to withhold the annual report card and even strike off the name of the child from the progressive admission list and from the attendance register of the class for new academic session. This type of striking off may eventually affect the educational career of the child as you will not be given the Leaving / Transfer Certificate without which the child will face difficulty in getting admission elsewhere. To escape such situations in the future, kindly deposit the fee in the given stipulated time frame mentioned by the institute in the bank. Warm Regards, School Principal

2 Instructions to the Parents - Please read carefully. (English) 1. Timely payment of School Fees is mandatory. School Fees should be deposited Vijaya Bank s - Jhalamand Circle Branch, Jodhpur. 2. No cash payments accepted. Only Local Cheque (A/c Payee only) is acceptable and to be drawn in the favor of : Name of Account in the Fee Booklet 3. Do not argue with any Bank officials, as they are there to help you in collecting fees as per given instructions. Any arguments and rude behavior will not be tolerated. 4. Online Transfers/ N.E.F.T are not acceptable; unless proper transaction details are produced on the given Pay-In slips provided by the school, without delay to the School Office inclusive of any applicable late fees. Online transfers without proper Pay-In slips will not account as fees paid. 5. Complete School fees can be paid in the beginning (in advance), in the month of April. However, if Complete School fees is paid later during the academic session, then it will include applicable late fees (if any) as per given late fee chart. 6. Fees to be paid are divided into four quarters for convenience. Billing months for quarter fees payment are as follows: ` 100/- will the mandatory late fees for late payment of any quarter fees. i. 1 st Quarter School Fees - should be paid within 1 st April - 30 th June ii. 2 nd Quarter School Fees - should be paid within 1 st July - 31 st August iii. 3 rd Quarter School Fees - should be paid within 1 st October - 30 th November iv. 4 th Quarter School Fees - should be paid within 1 st January 1 st March 7. School Fees of any Quarter if not paid within the given stipulated period, then the same will be collected by the bank along with a late fee according given late fee chart in the booklet. Kindly refer to the same to avoid late fees. 8. School fees of any Quarter if paid after the given stipulated period, should include the late fee for that Quarter as per the given late fee chart. 9. The bank or the School Management will only approve late payment of fees with correct inclusion of applicable late fee (if any). Kindly refer to the given late fee chart in the fees booklet before filling the cheque for payment. 10. All fees will be collected only at the bank and not in the school. Working Hours [10:30 am to 2:00 pm], except on 2 nd & 4 th Saturday of the month. Cheque Return charges of Rs. 500/- will strictly be applicable for each returned cheque. 11. Please always write your Child s Name; Class; Section & Scholar No. on the reverse side of the cheque. 12. The parent copy of the receipt should be produced as & when required by the school authorities, so please retain the parent copy of Fee Slip Book till the end.

4 Late Fee Composition & Chart 1. Those who fail to pay the fees in the stipulated timeframe will include the late fees amount on their cheque while making payment of fees in the bank, without which bank will not process the fee payment. 2. Bank will not process payment for any quarter without seeing the parent copy of the previous quarter payment made in the Fee Slip Book. So please retain the parent copy of Fee Slip Book till the end. Please refer and stick to the timeframes to make payment for any quarter without incurring a late fee.
