The first opportunity will be on agenda items only, while the second will be for other topics. The Board requests that no complaints of a personal nature be initiated at a public meeting. Please note that the Board will be listening and taking notes, but please do not expect a response. If further action is needed from the Administration, direction will be given to follow up with the community member. 4 SECRETARY S REPORT November 15, The Administration recommends the Board approve the General Fund Transfers as listed on the Budget and Transfer Report dated November 7, Please see Enclosure B1 for further details. 2. The Administration recommends the Board approve payment of the General Fund expenditures for October 19, 2012 to November 9, 2012 in the amount of $872, Please see Enclosure B2 for further details. 3. The Administration recommends the Board approve the following Per Capita exonerations for the year that have been processed for the month. Please see Enclosure B3 for further details. Per Capita Exonerations $ 8, The Administration recommends the Board accept the Annual Audit Report for the fiscal year as submitted by Sager, Swisher and Company, LLP. 5. The Administration recommends the Board approve the following regular and substitute bus drivers for the school year, effective November 8, All paperwork has been received from Krapf Bus Company. The Administration recommends the Board accept a donation of two EpiPens and two EpiPen Jr s through the EpiPen 4 Schools Program sponsored by the Mylan Specialty Pharmaceutical Company to be used at Canadochly Elementary School. The EpiPens have a value of $ The Administration recommends the Board accept a donation of approximately 2,000 square feet of used sod, with an approximate value of $1,020, from the Lancaster Barnstormers. 8. The Administration recommends approval be granted for a request from Dr. Mitzel, Eastern York High School Principal, on behalf of Mr. Scott Barr and Mr. Rick Jones, Ag Science Teachers and FFA Co-Advisors, for twelve (12) students and one (1) teacher/advisor, to arrange an overnight trip to attend FFA ACES Leadership Conference to be held at the Sheraton, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, February 9-10, MISCELLANEOUS 1. The Administration recommends homebound instruction for a 9 th grade student from November 9, 2012 to on or about January 31, Medical verification is on file. 2. The Administration recommends the adoption of the following Resolutions: a. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Adjudication and Final Order of the Superintendent is affirmed by the Board of School Directors in regard to a student disciplinary hearing held on November 8, 2012 at 1:00 PM is hereby adopted.. b BE IT RESOLVED, that the Adjudication and Final Order of the Superintendent is affirmed by the Board of School Directors in regard to a student disciplinary hearing held on November 6, 2012 at 4:30 PM is hereby adopted. c. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Adjudication and Final Order of the Superintendent is affirmed by the Board of School Directors in regard to a student disciplinary hearing held on November 9, 2012 at 1:00 PM is hereby adopted. 3. The Administration recommends to enter into a contract for service with the Lincoln Intermediate Unit (IU12) to provide coverage in the absence of Polly Lamison, Supervisor of Special Education. Services effective on or about November 27, 2012, through on or about January 3, 2013, at a billable rate of $80 per hour on an as needed basis. INFORMATIONAL 1. The Administrator attending the Board Meeting this evening is Mr. Donald Gillett, Wrightsville Elementary Principal. 2.
