1 STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS Study Entry requirements Fr high schl students, if after yu have arrived it becmes clear that yu d nt meet the academic and/r English language requirements fr yur curse, yu may be required t undertake High Schl Preparatin (HSP) at a Queensland state schl prir t cmmencing mainstream high schl. If yu enrl in HSP and yu d nt demnstrate satisfactry prgress required t enter yur mainstream schl curse, we may: require yu t enrl in a lwer year level; r cmplete an additinal term f HSP, r cancel yur enrlment. If yu receive a ntice f ur intentin t cancel yur enrlment, yu have the rights set ut under the Appeals sectin. Attendance Attending yur curse is a cnditin f yur student visa. If yur attendance is nt satisfactry, we must reprt it t authrities and yur student visa may be cancelled. Yu shuld attend schl every schl day. Check yur schl s website fr schl start and finish times. If yu d nt attend the curse n the agreed starting day and yu have nt: ntified us in advance; and prvided evidence f cmpassinate r cmpelling circumstances, yu will be treated as having cancelled yur enrlment. Absences The schl will recrd yur attendance r absence every day. Yu shuld always tell the schl if yu cannt attend fr all r part f the day. Check yur schl s website fr details f hw t ntify absences.

2 At risk f failing t meet attendance requirements If: yu are absent fr 5 cnsecutive days r mre; yur attendance falls t 90% f yur curse cntact hurs in any term; r we have ther cncerns abut yur attendance recrd, yur internatinal student crdinatr will require yu t meet with them abut yur attendance recrd and prvide evidence explaining yur absences (such as medical certificates). If yur attendance falls t 85% f yur curse cntact hurs in any term, we will give yu and yur parents r legal custdians a written warning. Unsatisfactry attendance If yu d nt attend at least 80% f yur curse cntact hurs, we will ntify yu in writing f ur intentin t reprt yu t authrities fr nt achieving satisfactry attendance. We may exercise ur discretin nt t reprt yu if: yu prvide evidence f cmpassinate r cmpelling circumstances explaining yur absences; we are satisfied that, in all f the circumstances, it is reasnable nt t reprt yu; and yur attendance recrd is at least 70%. (If yur attendance falls belw 70%, we are required t reprt yu.) If yu receive a ntice f ur intentin t reprt yu t authrities, yu have the rights set ut under the Appeals sectin. Behaviur If yur behaviur is unsatisfactry, we may cancel r suspend yur enrlment. This may affect yur student visa. At schl Yu must: participate actively at schl; take respnsibility fr yur wn behaviur and learning; respect ther members f the schl cmmunity and the schl envirnment and prperty; cperate with staff and thers in authrity; and cmply with yur schl s rules. Check yur schl s website fr the schl s respnsible behaviur plan. 2

3 At all times Yu must: cmply with Australian laws and with the cnditins f yur student visa; nt drink alchl, smke, misuse prescriptin medicatin r use illegal drugs; nt d anything that endangers yur safety r the safety f ther peple; and nt d anything that may bring yur schl r the internatinal student prgram int disrepute. Curse prgress Maintaining satisfactry curse prgress is a cnditin f yur student visa. If yur curse prgress is nt satisfactry, we must reprt it t authrities and yur student visa may be cancelled. Curse length Yu must cmplete yur curse within the time set ut in the Cnfirmatin f Enrlment that we send t yu. We may extend the time t cmplete yur curse nly if there are cmpassinate r cmpelling circumstances, if we reduce yur curse lad because yu are having difficulty making satisfactry curse prgress, r we apprve a deferral r suspensin f study (see the Deferral, Suspensin and Cancellatin sectin). Curse requirements The standards required t achieve satisfactry curse prgress fr each f ur curses is set ut in ur Curse Prgress prcedure, published at Yur schl will advise yu abut yur curse wrk and assessment. Check the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authrity website ( fr infrmatin abut hw curses are assessed. We d nt guarantee that yu will successfully prgress t the next level r cmplete the curse. Reprts The schl will prvide written reprts t yu and yur parents r legal custdians every term. Unsatisfactry curse prgress Yur schl will mnitr yur wrklad and yur results t ensure yu cmplete the curse n-time and t assist yu if yu are having difficulties. Frmal Interventin If yur end-f-term reprt indicates that yu are nt achieving satisfactry curse prgress, yur principal will give yu and yur parents r legal custdians a written warning. Yu will be required t meet with the principal t develp a plan t imprve yur perfrmance. 3

4 If yur next end-f-term reprt indicates cntinuing unsatisfactry curse prgress, we will ntify yu in writing f ur intentin t reprt yu t authrities fr breaching the requirement f yur visa t achieve satisfactry curse prgress. If yu receive a ntice f ur intentin t reprt yu t authrities, yu have the rights set ut under the Appeals sectin. Deferral, Suspensin and Cancellatin We must reprt any deferral, suspensin r cancellatin f yur enrlment t authrities and yur student visa may be affected. By yu Yu may apply t defer r suspend yur enrlment if there are cmpassinate r cmpelling circumstances. Yu may cancel yur enrlment at any time. In either case, yu shuld: cntact us directly by t EQInternatinal@det.qld.gv.au, including yur name in the ; include in the subject line f yur applicatin t defer cmmencement, applicatin t suspend studies r cancellatin f enrlment (as applicable); and the name f yur schl; and prvide evidence f cmpassinate r cmpelling circumstances fr deferrals r suspensins. If yu apply fr deferral r suspensin, we will advise yu f ur decisin as sn as pssible. If yu are nt satisfied with ur decisin, yu have the rights set ut under the Appeals sectin. By us We may give yu ntice f ur intentin t suspend yur enrlment if: there are cmpassinate r cmpelling circumstances; r yur behaviur is unsatisfactry (see the Behaviur sectin). This is in additin t any actin we cnsider necessary in the circumstances, such as exclusin frm classes. We may give yu a ntice f ur intentin t cancel yur enrlment if any f the fllwing ccurs: failure t disclse r update infrmatin we require t assess yur applicatin fr enrlment r t administer yur curse enrlment; prviding infrmatin t us which is false, misleading r incmplete; breach f yur student visa cnditins r cancellatin f yur student visa; failure t pay fees (see the Fees sectin); 4

5 unsatisfactry attendance (see the Attendance sectin); unsatisfactry behaviur (see the Behaviur, Accmmdatin and Welfare and Travel and Activities sectins). We may cancel yur enrlment even if we d nt first suspend it; unsatisfactry curse prgress (see the Curse Prgress sectin); if yu are living with a hmestay prvider and we: are cncerned, by reasn f yur cnduct r circumstances, abut the welfare f yu r thers; r determine that we are n lnger able t apprve yur accmmdatin, supprt r general welfare arrangements; r a breach f this enrlment agreement nt therwise set ut abve. If yu receive a ntice f ur intentin t suspend r cancel yur enrlment, yu have the rights set ut under the Appeals sectin. Transfers Yu may apply t transfer t anther Queensland Gvernment schl r t a nn-gvernment schl r ther institutin registered under Australian law t prvide educatin t internatinal students. Additinal tuitin, hmestay r ther nn-tuitin fees may apply fr the new schl, depending n the schl and curse chsen. Befre applying, yu shuld talk t yur internatinal student crdinatr and schl guidance fficer and cnsider any relevant enrlment deadlines at ther schls r institutins. T anther Queensland Gvernment schl (internal transfer) We will apprve yur transfer request if: yu prvide evidence that yur parents r legal custdians supprt the transfer; yu prvide evidence f cmpassinate r cmpelling circumstances; we are satisfied that the transfer is in yur best interests; the transfer is apprved by yur existing schl and the prpsed new schl (we will seek that apprval fr yu); there are n unpaid tuitin r ther fees wing t us; and yu pay ur transfer fee. Check fr details f the current transfer fee. We will waive the transfer fee if we ffer yu a place at anther Queensland Gvernment schl because yu are unable t study yur preferred subjects at yur current schl. T a nn-gvernment schl r ther register prvider (external transfer) We will apprve yur transfer request if: 5

6 yu prvide evidence f an enrlment ffer given by the new schl r prvider; we are satisfied that the transfer is in yur best interests; there are n unpaid tuitin r ther fees wing t us; if yu are under 18 - yu prvide evidence that: yur parents r legal custdians supprt the transfer; and if yu are nt being cared fr by a parent, legal custdian r suitable nminated relative - yur new schl r prvider will accept respnsibility fr apprving yur accmmdatin, supprt and general welfare. Grunds fr refusal A transfer request will be refused: if the requirements, set ut abve, are nt satisfied; r if we decide yu are trying t avid being reprted t immigratin authrities fr failing t meet attendance r curse prgress requirements. Hw t apply Yu shuld: cmplete a schl transfer request frm available frm ur website; the frm t EQInternatinal@det.qld.gv.au, with schl transfer request in the subject line f yur and include yur name in the ; and prvide evidence that yu satisfy all f the requirements set ut in this sectin. We will advise yu in writing f ur decisin: fr external transfer requests: within 10 wrking days f receiving yur request and all relevant infrmatin; fr internal transfer requests: within 20 wrking days f receiving yur request and all relevant infrmatin. If we apprve yur transfer, we will prvide a letter f release t yur new schl r prvider as required by Australian law. If we refuse yur request, yu have the rights set ut under the Appeals sectin. If we cannt deliver yur curse If we are unable t deliver yur curse, we may arrange fr yu t be ffered a place in an alternative curse at ur expense. Yu are nt required t accept that ffer. If yu d nt accept the ffer, yu are entitled t a refund f unspent tuitin fees see the Refunds sectin. 6

7 Living Accmmdatin and welfare Care arrangements Yu must live with: a parent, legal custdian r a clse relative nminated by yur parents r legal custdians and apprved by the Gvernment agency respnsible fr administering migratin; r an apprved hmestay prvider; prvided that yu are enrlled in high schl, even if yu turn 18 befre cmpleting yur curse. Yu must nt change these arrangements unless we give yu written apprval. Yu must reprt any serius r urgent threat t yur welfare t us immediately. Cntact details Yu must advise us f yur residential address in Australia within 7 days f arriving in Australia. Yu must advise us within 7 days f any change in yur residential address. Failure t d this may affect yur student visa. Yu must als keep us advised f yur current telephne and cntact details. Hmestay cnduct If yu are living with a hmestay prvider, yu must: respect members f the family, their prperty and the hme envirnment; participate actively as a member f the husehld; take respnsibility fr yur wn behaviur; cmply with the husehld rules; cmply with the hmestay prvider s decisins abut yur actins and welfare, including utings and curfews; and keep the hmestay prvider infrmed f yur whereabuts, and remain cntactable by them, at all times. If yu fail t meet these standards, we may cnsider yur cnduct t be unsatisfactry behaviur and may cancel r suspend yur enrlment r we may withdraw apprval f yur welfare arrangements. This may affect yur student visa. Mving hmestay If yu want t live with a different hmestay prvider, yu shuld talk t the persn wh crdinates hmestay fr yur schl and yur schl guidance fficer. We will nt apprve new hmestay arrangements within the first 4 weeks f yur stay unless there are exceptinal circumstances. 7

8 If we are required t mve yu t a different hmestay we will generally give yu at least tw weeks written ntice. In exceptinal circumstances (fr example, if we are cncerned abut yur safety), we may mve yu immediately. If yur hmestay prvider is temprarily unable t prvide hmestay fr yu, we will arrange fr yu t be temprarily placed with anther hmestay prvider. Travel and activities This Travel and Activities sectin applies if yu are living with a hmestay prvider. If yu d nt cmply with this sectin, we may cnsider yur cnduct t be unsatisfactry behaviur and may cancel r suspend yur enrlment r we may withdraw apprval f yur welfare arrangements. This may affect yur student visa. Curse requirements Yu are expected t participate in all schl activities that frm part f yur curse requirements, including excursins and ff-site activities invlving travel. Rutine activities Yu must discuss rutine activities with yur hmestay prvider and cmply with their decisins. Rutine activities includes travel t and frm schl r ff-site schl activities, everyday travel with yur hmestay prvider, and nrmal dmestic activities such as shpping, entertainment, sprts, visiting friends and health care cnsultatins. It des nt include vernight stays away frm the hmestay address. Nn-rutine activities Yu must btain ur permissin fr all nn-rutine activities. This includes nn-rutine travel with yur hmestay prvider. In assessing yur request, we will cnsider all relevant circumstances including the nature f the activity, the arrangements fr supervisin, yur welfare and yur age and maturity. We may als cnsider the views f yur parents, legal custdians and hmestay prvider but we will nt necessarily grant permissin even if they cnsent. T request permissin, please cmplete the travel and activities frm, available n ur website, and submit it t yur internatinal student crdinatr. N high-risk activities Yu must nt undertake high-risk activities, even if yu have the permissin f yur parents, legal custdians r hmestay prvider, unless the activities are apprved by us as part f yur schl s curriculum. High-risk activities include any activity which inherently pses an increased risk f harm, illness r injury. It des nt matter if the activity is undertaken in a cntrlled envirnment under apprpriate supervisin. Examples f high-risk activities are extreme sprts and recreatinal activities with dangerus elements. 8

9 Transprt Yur hmestay prvider may require yu t use suitable public transprt r ther safe methds f travel t r frm schl r ff-site schl activities. Yu must nt be a passenger in a vehicle driven by an unlicensed driver r a driver with a learner (L plate) driver s licence. Yu must nt be a passenger in a vehicle driven by a driver with a prvisinal (P plate) driver s licence unless yu have the written permissin f yur parents r legal custdians and us. Yu may nly drive a vehicle if yu btain a driver s licence and have the apprval f yur parents r legal custdians. Yu may, with the permissin f yur parents r legal custdians, undertake driving lessns with a prfessinal driving instructr if yu hld a learner licence. Medical Health infrmatin Yu must tell us everything we need t knw abut yur physical and mental health, including yur medical histry, cnditins and allergies, and all medicatins yu use, s that we can prvide fr yur apprpriate supprt at schl and (if yu are living with a hmestay prvider) apprve and mnitr yur supprt and general welfare arrangements as required by yur student visa. This applies befre yu arrive in Australia and during yur stay. Yu must prvide t us all medical recrds that we ask fr. We will treat yur health infrmatin cnfidentially but may share it with the schl, yur hmestay prvider and any health care prfessinals wh lk after yu in rder t prvide apprpriate care fr yu. If yu fail t prvide health infrmatin, we may determine that we are unable t apprve yur supprt r general welfare arrangements. This may affect yur enrlment. See als the Privacy sectin. Medical treatment If yu need medical r ther health care (ther than rutine care fr minr illness r injury), we will use ur best endeavurs t cntact yur parents, legal custdians and hmestay prvider as sn as reasnably pssible. We may as we think apprpriate and in yur best interests: prvide r administer rutine r prescribed medicatins; and administer first aid. If we think yu need treatment frm a health care prfessinal, we may authrise any medical and ther prfessinal treatment that we believe t be in yur best interests. This includes hspital transfers, emergency prcedures, and administering drugs and medicatins. T d this, we may sign cnsents t medical and ther health prcedures n yur behalf. Yu must reimburse us fr all csts assciated with medical r ther treatment that we authrise fr yu. 9

10 In this Medical Treatment sectin, we and us includes yur hmestay prvider. Insurance Overseas Student Health Cver (OSHC) is insurance t assist internatinal students meet the basic csts f medical and hspital care, and prvides limited benefits fr medicatins and ambulance services, which yu may need in Australia. OSHC des nt cver all f yur ptential medical expenses. Unless immigratin authrities advise therwise, yu must btain and maintain OSHC fr the perid f yur student visa. We recmmend that yu btain additinal health insurance r travel insurance that cvers yur ptential health care csts mre cmprehensively, including the csts f returning t yur hme cuntry in the event f serius injury, illness r death. Other rights and respnsibilities Visa Yur enrlment is cnditinal upn yu btaining and maintaining a student visa under Australian law. If yu breach yur student visa cnditins r yur student visa is cancelled, we may give yu a ntice f ur intentin t cancel yur enrlment (see the Deferral, Suspensin and Cancellatin sectin). If yu breach this agreement, we may be required t reprt the breach t authrities. If yur enrlment is cancelled fr any reasn, we must reprt the cancellatin t authrities. In each case, yur student visa may be cancelled. If Australian law des nt require that yu hld a student visa in rder t undertake the curse (fr example, children under 6 years f age), yur bligatins under this agreement that require yu t hld a student visa d nt apply until the earlier f the time when: Australian law requires that yu hld a student visa; r yu btain a student visa. Cmplaints Discuss first If yu have a cmplaint abut yur curse, yur living arrangements r yur welfare, yu shuld discuss it infrmally with yur internatinal student crdinatr. If yu have a cmplaint abut yur internatinal student crdinatr r a decisin he r she has made, yu shuld discuss it infrmally with yur schl Principal. Yu can bring a supprt persn t help yu at any meeting. Frmal cmplaint Yu can make a frmal cmplaint if yur infrmal discussins are nt reslved t yur satisfactin. We d nt charge a fee fr using ur cmplaints prcess. 10

Yu can ask fr help writing yur cmplaint (fr example, frm yur parents, yur hmestay prvider r a lawyer) and can bring a supprt persn t help yu at any meetings we have t discuss yur cmplaint. We will acknwledge receipt f yur cmplaint in writing and cmmence ur cmplaint reslutin prcess within 10 wrking days f receiving yur frmal cmplaint. We will make ur decisin and advise yu f the result and ur reasns fr it as sn as pssible. Appeals Yu can appeal a decisin we make (Internal Appeal): t reprt yu t authrities (see the Attendance and Curse Prgress sectins); nt t defer r suspend yur enrlment, as requested by yu (see the Deferral, Suspensin and Cancellatin sectin); t suspend r cancel yur enrlment, as initiated by us (see the Deferral, Suspensin and Cancellatin sectin); t refuse yur request fr a transfer (see the Transfers sectin); r as a result f yur frmal cmplaint t us (see the Cmplaints sectin). We d nt charge a fee fr using ur appeals prcess. Hw t appeal T appeal, yu shuld within 20 wrking days f receiving ntice f ur decisin: cntact us directly by t EQInternatinal@det.qld.gv.au, including yur name in the ; include in the subject line f yur Appeal t Deputy Directr-General, Training and Skills ; and 11

12 include all relevant infrmatin, including why yu think ur decisin shuld be changed. Yu can ask fr help writing yur appeal (fr example, frm yur parents, yur hmestay prvider r a lawyer) and can bring a supprt persn t help yu at any meetings we have t discuss yur appeal. Decisin We will acknwledge receipt f yur appeal in writing and cmmence the appeal prcess within 10 wrking days f receiving yur appeal. We will make ur decisin and advise yu f the result and ur reasns fr it as sn as pssible. Nt satisfied? If yu are nt satisfied with ur decisin, yu can ldge a cmplaint (External Appeal) with the Queensland Ombudsman by t mbudsman@mbudsman.qld.gv.au r by pst t Queensland Ombudsman, GPO Bx 3314, Brisbane Qld 4001 within 10 wrking days f receiving ur decisin. We will cmply with any decisin the Ombudsman makes. Yu can als cntact the Australian Gvernment Department f Educatin and Training at any time if yu have a cmplaint. Please nte that the Department will nly intervene if it thinks that ur cnduct fails t meet the requirements f the Natinal Cde f Practice fr Prviders f Educatin and Training t Overseas Students and will nt substitute its decisins fr decisins we have made. A cmplaint t the Department is nt a part f ur appeals prcess. Our actins during the appeal prcess If yu appeal a decisin, we will nt implement the decisin: fr decisins t suspend r cancel yur enrlment until ur Internal Appeal prcess is cncluded and the prcess supprts ur decisin, unless there are extenuating circumstances relating t yur welfare; r fr decisins t reprt yu t authrities (see the Attendance and Curse Prgress sectins) until any External Appeal prcess is cncluded and the prcess supprts ur decisin. Extenuating circumstances means that we have cncerns abut the health, safety r welfare f yu r thers. If yu d nt appeal If yu d nt appeal a decisin within the required timeframe, the decisin takes immediate effect. Privacy We cllect persnal infrmatin abut yu when yu apply t enrl and thrughut yur enrlment, including infrmatin we btain in the perfrmance f this agreement. We need sme f this infrmatin t cmply with ur bligatins under Australian laws (such as Educatin Services fr Overseas Students Act 2000 and Natinal Cde f Practice fr Prviders f Educatin and Training t Overseas Students). 12

13 We may recrd, use and disclse the persnal infrmatin yu prvide t us in cnnectin with this agreement and ur internatinal student prgrams s that we can administer this agreement and yur enrlment, prvide the curse t yu, discharge ur duty f care t yu and cmply with Australian laws. We may recrd, use and disclse yur persnal infrmatin fr the purpses f registering yu with the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authrity and pening a student accunt. If yu are living with a hmestay prvider, we will recrd, use and disclse yur persnal infrmatin fr the purpse f apprving and mnitring yur accmmdatin, supprt and general welfare fr the duratin f the hmestay arrangement and there will be an nging exchange f yur persnal infrmatin between the hmestay prvider and us, including thrugh secure nline services such as Q Parents. If yu nminated an educatin agent n yur applicatin fr enrlment, we may disclse yur persnal infrmatin t yur agent, thrughut yur enrlment, unless yu ntify us in writing nt t d s. We may disclse yur persnal infrmatin t Cmmnwealth Gvernment agencies including agencies respnsible fr administering migratin r educatin services, OSHC prviders (if we are arranging OSHC fr yu), Queensland State Schls and hmestay prviders. We may als disclse yur persnal infrmatin where authrised r required by law. See als the Medical sectin. Details f ur privacy plicy, including hw yu can access persnal infrmatin abut yu that we hld, are available at Fees Payment Types f fees Yu must pay all: tuitin fees; nn-tuitin fees (such as hmestay fees and OSHC csts); and ther amunts set ut in this agreement (fr example, t reimburse us fr medical expenses we incur n yur behalf). Hw much? Yur tuitin and nn-tuitin fees are as we determine frm time t time and usually increase each year. The actual fees payable by yu will depend n yur curse, year level, where yu will live and study and when yu undertake the curse. All internatinal students in yur circumstances will pay the same fees. We publish ur fee schedule at All fees must be paid in Australian dllars. 13

14 Our estimate f the ttal curse csts payable by yu, based n fees current at the date f this agreement, is set ut in the Statement f Fees attached t this agreement. Invice We will send yu an invice fr tuitin fees and nn-tuitin fees befre the start f yur curse and during the curse if fees are payable in instalments r where ther amunts are payable. Yu must pay the amunt inviced by the date specified in the invice. Yu can elect t pay all f yur fees in advance. Hmestay fees If yu will be living with a hmestay prvider, yu must pay hmestay fees fr the full perid f yur curse plus 1 week at each f the start and finish f yur curse. If yur curse includes the December-January schl hliday perid, yu must pay either hmestay fees fr that perid r the current hmestay hlding fee fr perids f absence. Except as utlined abve, yu must pay hmestay fees whether r nt yu actually stay with the apprved hmestay prvider at the relevant time (fr example, when yu are absent during perids f apprved travel). Failure t pay If tuitin fees are nt paid in full by the due date, we may apply unspent nn-tuitin fees (except hmestay fees) twards payment f the unpaid tuitin fees. If yu fail t pay fees when due, we may cancel yur enrlment and yur student visa may be affected. Refunds Yur rights If yu d nt cmplete yur curse, yu may apply fr a refund f sme fees already paid by yu in certain circumstances set ut belw. We will als pay any ther refunds required by Australian law. If yu demnstrate cmpassinate r cmpelling circumstances, we may agree t refund ther unspent fees at ur discretin. This agreement, and the availability f cmplaints and appeals prcesses, des nt remve the right f the student t take actin under Australia s cnsumer prtectin laws. Refund amunts The amunt f yur refund depends n the circumstances set ut belw. Circumstances Visa refused. Payment f refunds If we fail t prvide yur curse, we will refund unspent tuitin fees as required by Australian law within 14 days. Otherwise, we will pay any refund within 28 days f receiving yur cmpleted refund request frm. We may deduct any mney that yu we us frm any refund that we we yu. All refunds will be paid in Australian dllars t yur parents, legal custdians r as directed by them. Hwever, if yu are ver 18 and have paid the fees persnally, we will pay the refund t yu. We will make all payments in accrdance with the payment instructins prvided by yu frm time t time. Yu shuld cntact us at EQInternatinal@det.qld.gv.au if yu need t update thse instructins. Cmpassinate r cmpelling circumstances We may treat yu mre favurably under this agreement in cmpassinate r cmpelling circumstances. Cmpassinate circumstances are circumstances which, in ur pinin: are nt in yur cntrl r created by yu; and adversely impact n yur welfare r curse prgress (fr example, illness, bereavement r traumatic events may qualify). Cmpelling circumstances are circumstances which, in ur pinin, are in yur best educatinal interests. 16

17 If yu believe that cmpassinate r cmpelling circumstances exist, yu shuld let us knw as sn as pssible and we will cnsider yur psitin. Yu must prvide apprpriate evidence. Changes t Standard Terms and Cnditins These Standard Terms and Cnditins may be amended by us frm time t time. Any changes will be the same fr all internatinal students. We will give yu at least 3 mnths ntice befre any changes take effect. Yur attendance in the curse after the changes take effect will be treated as yur agreement t the changes. If yu d nt agree with the changes, yu may cancel yur enrlment in the curse at any time befre the changes take effect. If yu cancel yur enrlment, we will refund all unspent fees.
