As a federatin f nine cmpanies (a natinal cmpany and eight state/territry divisins) wrking under a signed Federatin Agreement, the rganizatin wrks twards achieving a Federated strategic plan and are guided by shared rganisatinal values: Visinary; Dynamic & Cllabrative; Integrity; and Passinate. The NSW Divisin f the Heart Fundatin has a newly created Revenue & Cmmunicatins team, which tgether with the Cardivascular Health (CVH) team facilitates the delivery f the Natinal Strategic plan, tgether with the gals and requirements f the NSW marketplace. Psitin Purpse: The psitin f Dnr Relatinships, Majr Gifts, is respnsible fr maintaining, building and nurturing relatinships t generate incme frm within cnsumer and crprate markets. This fcus f the rle is qualifying, prspecting and building relatinships under the Heart Fundatin s Philanthrpy Prgrams, NSW managing relatinships with philanthrpists and high value dnrs t slicit gifts fr the Heart Fundatin. With the Executive Manager, Revenue and Cmmunicatins (Fundraising & Philanthrpy), this rle is respnsible fr the achievement f revenue and t facilitate grwth f the high value and majr gifts Prgram in NSW, and build pipeline fr bth. This culminates in the achievement f incme and expenditure gals and KPIs fr specific segments f the majr gifts, high value and bequest prgrams in NSW, whether that be individuals r crprates.
