Bangalore, is in terms of the provisions of Section 15 of SEZ Act 2005 read with the proforma F prescribed under Rule 17 of SEZ Rules The same has been verified and found to be in order. In terms of Rule (18) of SEZ Rules, 2006 the following requirements are to be met with by the unit, to grant the approval for setting up their activities in the Special Economic zone:- Positive Net Foreign Exchange Earnings.
